Formal management of important projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is pleasant for its fast and intuitive interface, it is comfortable to use its tools because everything is organized in a unique way, projects can be added in the main bar and adapt the management mechanisms to be notified with alerts of deliveries in short or medium terms. Its support and integration is another positive point of Projectplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not the most solid thing about this program, however its fast ROI gives you peace of mind when buying it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has perfectly improved our compilation of projects and tasks in one place, now everything is less complex to execute, we use it daily to know what we must do and at what time or specific date the tasks must be completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Projectplace is very easy and incredible, I have been able to be more organized, creative and punctual with the execution of projects. I am clearer on how to start the workday, I recommend the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Projectplace is an all-in-one platform for working together to plan and execute work with virtual teams. I love that it's all in one place, and the whole team can work on it. It's very convenient. I can organize my projects and complete them before a deadline. The vendor provides adequate customer support for all properly stuck wherever they access the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get complicated if you don't keep your project organized, and it is a bit unconstitutional to work with.

Projectplace provides me with solutions in project collaboration, workload management, and reporting; it has many beneficial features that help me streamline my to-do list of real-time communication tasks. What do you like best about the product?
Projectplace is an ideal software for us to manage our workflow and helped us in project work collaboration. We are using it to bring our team together on one page for a project and hence we have managed to increase our productivity. It has features like document management, real-time communication (by the help of which we can interact with our team members.), and personal to-do lists which help in reminding tasks. Using it we can share details related to projects and we can even modify and bring customization to our project if we want. By using it I can gather my whole team together and hence we together we can work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
My basic concern related to this software is its price. I don’t like its rate because I feel like its pricing is totally unfair and should be decreased for the convenience of its users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projectplace now seems like our partner in our business. Using it we can interact with one another and I can empower my team. Its features like document management, real-time communication, and personal to-do lists have proved useful for us. Furthermore, it allows customization in projects and without facing any inconvenience. I acknowledge the facilities it provided us but still, I feel like that its rates are unfair and this affects us a lot as we are not able too to afford it.

What do you like best about the product?
Planview contains several ways to share information, in turn it is easy to use, allows you to customize the project, also contains document management, task management and detailed training of Planview SMEs and continuous support are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be difficult to find things if the plan rooms have been installed in different places, in turn I would like to improve your plan view allows any type of naming convention that allows everyone to upload things. This can cause disorganization.

We are using Planview Projectplace in the company as a site to share files and collaborate. It is very suitable for building and file sharing. However, it is useful that you can upload so much information on a site, it is a very easy platform to manage, it is excellent for our virtual teams in several countries. Planview Projectplace achieves the best collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it fits the job when I don't use some of its functions, it doesn't present any problem. Planview has a task assignment for multiple projects and is perfect because they have several communication options, weekly, daily, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the plan is installed in different places it is difficult to find matters, it would be good to make it easier and avoid wasting so much time in the search. When I add a new document automatically, it replaces me with an old one. This is something I don't want to keep happening. Ideally, it would be to keep both documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly when we have multiple projects. We have customers who create cards and according to their competencies we assign an engineer and with Planview it is easy to track the tickets depending on the state in which you are.

Planview helps keep our company organized, focused. Every time we start to manage the tasks between the departments we reinforce the communication, the contribution of the teams becomes more effective and solid. Thanks to its configuration we manage to share tasks and files of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
It should be noted that Planview Projectplace seems to me an incredible tool because it allows me to gather teams in the realization of work. In addition to providing me with all the necessary mechanisms to establish communication, execute tasks and track the processes of storage and organization of documents. On the other hand, I think it's great because it gives me the possibility of finding the storage area in document management much easier. Therefore it would be necessary to personalize the name of the columns and thus allow me greater flexibility. From my point of view, the section that I see worst solved is related to the control of the workload. I see it as not intuitive and its handling is cumbersome. Grouping the workload in blocks of natural weeks seems ineffective. When there are tasks that must be executed in less than a week, or be completed in the middle of one, you need to better specify that workload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The assessment of this tool depends, as always, on the needs that one has. It is true that it covers a wide field of the requirements of an application for project management. If those deficiencies that I have found or that you can see are not relevant to you, this may be your management program. If the price fits your budget, go ahead with it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it was easy to use and easy to assign task to one another and keep projects organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it was easy to use, it was oo expensive for the little little that it did. If it cut my project time in half then it be worth the price.
