Friendly, Knowledgeable Support Team and a Really Good Service
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is very well versed in the app, also friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to time zones support typically takes a day or so to respond from what i can see but the service is really good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me days in manual processing of bank statements, enabling me to be more efficient and on time with my WIP
Efficient Document Converter with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how DocuClipper does a pretty good job in converting document formats, unlike many other websites. It's efficient, and the format it produces is good. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some banking documents have a pretty compact format outline, which DocuClipper can't really read properly. It struggles to convert these documents into the corresponding format, so some data might be missing after the reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuClipper converts documents into the needed format for different software and work purposes. It's efficient and does a good job at this.
Really optimized my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about DocuClipper is how much time it saves me. I’ve had to go through bank and credit card statements manually before, and being able to drop all the statements from a case into DocuClipper and get back a clean Excel sheet with all the information I need has easily saved me hundreds of hours of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I’ve run into is that DocuClipper sometimes has trouble reading certain types of statements. Depending on how a statement is formatted, it may miss some subaccounts. It has improved a lot since I first started using it, but every now and then I still see the same problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem DocuClipper has solved is time constraints in my workflow. Because I spend so much less time manually going through statements, I have more time to spend on other tasks.
Intuitive, Fast, and Essential for Financial Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use DocuClipper to convert bank statements into Excel files to classify transactions and create a trial balance for tax returns. I like that DocuClipper is fairly intuitive, very fast, and accurate. It allows me to quickly convert bank statements into a usable form when my small nonprofit clients have no financial records other than bank statements. I appreciate the way it reconciles each month's statement, ensuring all transactions are captured. The initial setup was very simple and intuitive, and it just works. Overall, DocuClipper seemed to offer exactly what I needed, and I have been pleased with it.

I feel like I'm probably not using all the capabilities of DocuClipper and I could probably use some coaching on it.

Transforms Bank Statements to Excel Fast—A Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of transforming large volumes of bank statements into workable excel files. Saved me a lot of time on a several criminal cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was having a hard time converting pdfs that were not bank statements. I think it was just human error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting scanned copies of bank statements for a criminal embezzlement case. I was working with over a dozen banks and all the statements had different layouts. DocuClipper was able to read the pertinent information needed and convert it to excel. The reconciliation tool helps provide comfort that all data was converted.
Reads Most Documents Accurately with Strong Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Reads most documents very well. Good performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It happens rarely but some documents get misread and/or generate incorrect information.

Overall, it helps get documents from PDF statements to Excel rather seamlessly.
Started Strong, Now a Time Drain
What do you like best about the product?
I used to enjoy using DocuClipper because it helped with converting bank statements and saving time. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to enjoy using DocuClipper, but it's become troublesome and now adds time to my tasks instead of assisting. The bank statement conversions used to be better; now, the conversion leaves out a lot of text that I have to manually add in afterwards. Specifically, the details in the description column of the transactions on the bank statements need to be converted more accurately. Lately, I've resorted to manually exporting the documents to Excel and editing them myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuClipper solves the time-consuming task of converting bank statements, but lately, it's been adding time to my task instead of helping as the conversions miss out a lot of text.
Super Easy, Error-Free Exports at a Transparent, Affordable Price
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to use, with very few to no errors in the exports, and it’s very affordable. The pricing is straightforward and transparent, with no catches.

There is nothing I disliked about DocuClipper

We can convert multiple bank statements in one go and it is quick. We save hours on converting bank statements
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
What do you like best about the product?
Reasonably priced apart from that there are no upsides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I continued for 2 years in the hope it would improve but it hasn't. I spent more time correcting the errors Docuclipper made than it saved me. It ignores pages, it makes up dates and re-orders the transactions into the random dates it has made up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See my previous comment, it doesn't solve problems, it creates them!
