What do you like best about the product?

I have used it briefly. They make it very easy to join.

What do you dislike about the product?

I carefully selected a monthly plan and was given a very expensive yearly plan, different than I had selected. My account was charged without preliminary notice. Only a message from my bank was I alerted to this charge. Observing other reviews, I see mine is not an infrequent problem recently. I did not integrate this with any other application because I am concerned about security, given what data I have about their corporate culture, based on the billing. My initial impression is that there is a decided lack of interest in customer service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has created more problems than it solved, and mostly drained time and money from me. It has helped me see that lower cost AI are just as effective for my purposes.

What do you like best about the product?

It just works. It does what it says it will do. And it does it better than any software out there currently.

What do you dislike about the product?

I am not a fan of the pricing model. You cannot buy exact pages so I always end up with leftover pages I do not use. I only use docuclipper once a year at most. They also do not let you keep your work after your subscription runs out, I do not feel that is fair.

It is the only software I trust to get transactions into QBO. I can do a full year's cleanup in a few days as opposed to weeks before.

What do you like best about the product?

Converting bank statements is straightforward and cost-effective. The variety of available extracts is also really handy and makes it easy to get the format I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

On the very odd occasion, the bank statement lines aren’t imported correctly, or the text isn’t copied across properly. When this has happened, I’ve raised a ticket and either been refunded for the pages or had the issue fixed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its saving me heaps of time with bank statement imports on software that doesn't have this function imbedded into it.

What do you like best about the product?

DocuClipper is easy to use, and the drag-and-drop feature saves me a lot of hours each day. Since I work with multiple clients, I also like that I can organize files by client for quick, easy reference.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s nothing I dislike about DocuClipper.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocuClipper has saved me a lot of working hours. Instead of manually capturing the data, I can convert it into a format that can be uploaded to my system. What used to take me a full day—capturing all the transactions from a monthly statement—now takes far less time.

It saves me time with converting bank statements to do bookkeeping for my clients

The reconciliation is sometimes inaccurate resulting in me having to fix transactions later on the accounting software when I'm trying to reconcile the bank account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It extracts transactions from the bank statement and converts it to the format I need to upload on the accounting software. This means I don't have to do this manually.

What do you like best about the product?

I only wish that I had known about this product years - would have cut production time in half and would have freed up people of many of the jobs that I was doing - a game changer.

How could there be anything to dislike after all of the time savings!

Just learning how to navigate the product as this washis a brand new software for our firm.

What do you like best about the product?

Docuclipper is extremely helpful to our business. We are a small accounting firm. We no longer have to manually input information to our accounting software saving us a huge amount of time and has increased productivit.

What do you dislike about the product?

There can sometimes be inaccuracies we have noticed, especially with Allied Irish Bank account statements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bank reconciliation is generated immediately saving a huge amount of time. Reduces human error.

What do you like best about the product?

I find DocuClipper easy to use, and it saves me heaps of time when converting bank and credit card statements to CSV files. I appreciate that it shows my history clearly. The initial setup was also very easy. Plus, I use it to convert files seamlessly for Xero. I'm so satisfied that I rated my likelihood to recommend it a 10 out of 10.

It is expensive for occassional use, but worth it.

The best thing I like about Docuclipper is how easy and accurate it converts bank statements in PDF into CSV & Excel files.

I have not found any downsides to using DocuClipper

It is benefiting me tremendously because clients like to send bank statements in PDF format, which I need to categorize and summarize their transactions for financial statements and/or tax returns.
