What do you like best about the product?
Good IPS/IDS/EDR software. Webportal management is good. Docker container integration is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Description of issues can be complicated for non-technical folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance mainly.

It's beneficial to secure any website or any server from hackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is any option for dislike but the commercial seems high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have different websites and secure them from hackers they are helping us with them.
