A configurable CRM-connected marketing system that is enjoyable to use and build out.
What do you like best about the product?
How everything's connected to our sales CRM. It makes segmenting, content creation, automation, and reporting all easier and more valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more B2G help resources available. Most content is B2C, and the B2B resources are mostly software-related. We manufacture for the transportation industry which sells to municipalities and the buying process can be very fragmented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Google Analytics and other third-party tools, it was difficult if not impossible to connect our visitors to leads and so on for reports. With HubSpot's sales-connected CRM, we have a much better picture of our customer journey and are able to report on it better. Creating our own system using lifecycle stage automation and smart CTAs is fun too!
An absolute must for any digital marketer
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing operations manager, I spent most of my day on hubspot and it serves just about every function across our marketing team. It has the perfect mix of ease of use and complexity. Their system is easy to use for website/email building, lead gen and qualification management, campaign distribution and tracking, as well as social posting. It also integrates seemlessly with Salesforce which powers our sales development and revenue teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pick a fault with hubspot, other than minor tweaks that will probably be changed over time. It is always being updated and improved. One thing that could be improved is the overall campaign planning function. We tend to plan big campaigns in another tool and use Hubspot for distribution. Another aspect that could be improved is the advertising management function.

Very User Friendly and It Makes my Job So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the data tracking, data analysis is a huge part of my job and it makes it so easy to look at data over time. My agency has taught all of our clients how to use the software and take better advantage of it, they have always gotten the grasp of it rather easy and found it easy to learn over time. The customer service is really great. You can chat with them right inside the platform in real-time or send them an email inside the platform as well. They have always been very helpful and very honest. If they think there is a better solution to what I am doing they offer it up even if that means not using a certain HubSpot module.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tips and tricks that can help you do things a lot faster, but you have to know the tricks in order to do them. It's like a video game, only some people know the cheat codes. But if you don't have the "cheat codes" it still works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement! This is something we have really tapped into with our clients and HubSpot has great features in the marketing and sales hubs that really support the work we do to empower salespeople and build great sales processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the lessons and certifications provided by HubSpot, they have helpful information and you can find out some things that really help with optimizing your use of HubSpot.
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is really easy to use. Finding the services you need, creating great content and making it all shareable, as well as properly looking after your customers and supporters are simple to achieve through HubSpot. Having used many other CRMs in the past, this would be my only choice now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the Beta fixes are not as user friendly, but you get used to them and on the whole everything is still logically placed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot puts everything in one place, from customer management to social media management to tracking, it's all in one place with great analytics. It frees up my time to do my work better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The pricing plans mean you can use it for free to test before upgrading without getting locked into trials. Highly recommend giving it a go for all your sales and marketing needs.
Intuitive, with everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that all aspects of our online presence & communications can be managed from one "hub." Email nurturing, landing pages, forms/lead collection, CRM, website, blog, social media management...it's all there, without having to manage multiple platforms and logins. For someone like me, who had no background in coding, I love that I can build page templates "from scratch" with the design tools to suit specific needs. There are plenty of useful modules from which to choose. And the customer service/tech support is excellent. I can always reach a knowledgeable, friendly person who can help me figure out any glitches or problems I am experiencing. I can't personally speak as much to the SEO/analytics because we use a subcontractor who manages that (we have her set up as one of our Hubspot users, but I have not dived into the analytics as much as I probably should!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. We sometimes struggle as a non-profit to justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create event landing pages with registrations and automated emails and reminders through forms for our school events; Sending our school communications/newsletters; creating a variety of website page types (video galleries, info pages, content offers, etc.).
Hubspot Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot makes it easy to edit the website. That is probably my favorite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the reports. Some of them are a tad confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, I'm able to create lead pages very fast as well as schedule all of my social media accounts. It definitely saves time and makes it easier to work on certain aspects of the website.
Most straight forward social tool I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use. I went through two prior social tools and they were naff in comparison to HubSpot. The blog is always very easy to use, in comparison to other sites I have and do use. It also lets me publish in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my accounts has disconnected and it won't let me re-connect. Not all posts have a preview image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social scheduling needs, due to its ease-of-use it makes it simple for me to schedule way in advance. The blogging site has a nice layout which is beneficial to first time users and experts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a CMS that's easy to navigate, go with HubSpot.
HubSpot is best-in-class marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot’s vast array of resources for building great products/pages. From API to design tools I love how flexible HubSpot is and how deep you can get into perfecting your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t much that I dislike about HubSpot but the top navigation can be confusing from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built both simple and complex landing pages with email workflow to drive the leads to our customer journey.
I love HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is integrated, the whole team is synced together, using the same content for marketing, lead nurturing, and sales follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is high. Sales people hate CRMs, but of the ones we've tried, HubSpot seems to be having the greatest impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing to Sales hand off

Hubspot takes the pain out of social media posting
What do you like best about the product?
I can create a post, then add another social media channel and make changes to the post that are specific to that social media chancel. Hubspot reminds me of character limits, image sizes, and how to tag businesses in the post. I can also schedule posts to run in the future, helping to better manage my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to post to Google My Business from Hubspot, and tag people, not just businesses (but that is probably an issue with the social media site). I'd like help with hashtags, ie which are the most viewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot ties in to our CRM, website, social media and even bit.ly. This gives us a better overall snapshot of how our social media is influencing our online presence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great but not inexpensive. Be sure to know your future costs (based on number of users or number of contacts before you take the plunge. You may want to interview several Hubspot resellers to help you get set up and use Hubspot to its full potential. You may also want to find Hubspot programmers and designers.
