What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is straightforward and easy to use, and I have found the accuracy to be consistently high. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few initial teething issues, but the Affinda team resolved them quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Affinda is great, the team is so helpful, one of the best vendors I have ever worked with in terms of structure, being experts, being approachable.
They know their subject matter and what they are established in and are able to sell that product with a high deal of confidence.
The software has been nicely implemented in our system with a high level of accuracy and we are continue to utilise Affinda in order to full optimise and automate business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Affinda is great, we need them to do more products because their existing one is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Affinda is solving capacity and data integrity, quality issues for us.
We are able to hit more volume with more confidence resulting in better service.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest plus is the speed of feature development. Updates roll out quickly and they address things that matter. The platform has stayed reliable even as we pushed more documents through.

Nothing, everything seems to be working as we hoped

It cuts out repetitive validation work and reduces errors we used to make during processing. The result is higher efficiency across our workflow and smoother handoffs between teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use was immediately apparent and our team adapted quickly. Feature development speed keeps adding value without disrupting our established processes. Document classification works accurately across our different client document types. The API reference documentation made integration straightforward for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concerns from a security or risk perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our consulting workflow was interrupted by manual document processing tasks that took time away from client work. Now we have straight-through processing that handles routine documents automatically. This increases productivity and allows our consultants to focus on analysis and client advisory services rather than administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Affinda has completely automated our manual document flows in multiple areas of our business. Since integrating, we've managed to get about 80% of documents to pass through without any human review, using business rules to ensure the data is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've only had positive experiences with the product and their team :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With affines we have completely cut back on our people and time resourcing dedicated to processing documents. Now we can spend it on more meaningful work. The volume of documents we can now manage compared to before lets us achieve better and faster outcomes for our customers.

Out of the Box OCR - Seamlessly integrated into our business

What do you like best about the product?
API is simple, OCR is incredibly powerful and accurate, and a lot of customisation available to fit our use case. The team is constantly improving the product, and always easy to get a hold of for support enquires. We use the tool daily, and found the integration simple and easy to implement into our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The older OCR product had limited accuracy, has since been updated and is 10 times better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to turn Invoice data into actionable payment data. Affinda helps us do this.
