Easy to implement

What do you like best about the product?
The product is exceptionally simple to implement, it just takes a few lines of code in implementation and rest you can monitor through their dashboard. Furthermore, the UI of the dashboard is pretty good, clean and easy to use. It is easy to integrate with standard libraries and their support team was extremely helpful with the initial setup. Other than this it has all the great features that are needed to integrate and build an authentication service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that I dislike, I am very satisfied with LoginRadius and hopefully, this experience remains the same in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LoginRadius has provided more security to our business. Earlier we used to have various spam signups but after implementing the LoginRadius we have noticed it goes to negligible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want phone support too, then go for the paid plan.

simple social login integration

What do you like best about the product?
LoginRadius gave us a simple way to provide social login capabilities for our users across the major platforms. Their support is impressive, responding promptly and thoroughly, even providing guidance when working with those 3rd party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Determining the best implementation approach to use initially was overwhelming (e.g., SDK versus building our own using API calls). However, LoginRadius did help talk through the various options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users can now sign in to our services by authenticating with their social login accounts (e.g., Facebook) through LoginRadius. Many prefer this approach so they don't need to create a new username and password.

Reliable Security Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It is more secure compared to any other of its kind. But What I like most about this software is that it can be used for both multifactor authentication and single sign-on purposes. It has strengthened security without user disruption and a very efficient tool because of its secure authentication and intuitive UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a few minutes to show recently signed up users in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to facilitate multi-factor authentication and allow us to authenticate users more easily and securely. Single sign-on works way beyond our expectations provide access to various systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support team is excellent, they provide assistance with absolutely everything. Whenever I or a member of our company need any help, their support team is just a ticket away and provides easy and quick solution to everything - has been of great assistance.

Best Passwordless Authentication

What do you like best about the product?
A great reliable customer identity security solution. The passwordless solution is the feature we liked the most, it helped our customers to log in without passwords in place which results in saving our time on resetting forgotten passwords and other tickets related to passwords we receive. Authentication using verification link and OTP strengthen our security and save our customers from remembering complex passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this software. The only thing is that it doesn’t have biometric authentication. But this one does not lower its use and as far as I remember they’re working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced 2FA with the passwordless feature, as it provides more security. It’s the best passwordless authentication service available. Before implementing passwordless features we used to receive a large number of tickets related to password management and this feature not only decreases those tickets but boosts the productivity of the IT team.

Awesome reporting for customer insights

What do you like best about the product?
We were amazed by the detailed reports provided by the tool. They were of real help to us in understanding customers behaviour over time. The best part is anybody can comprehend reports as they are in graphical and tabular forms. We had no idea that the reports would capture even minor details and give a consolidated view like device, browser, gender of customers and daily activities and returning customers. The tool’s reporting system is simply amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has all the features we are looking for. So far our experience has been quite well and we are happy with its performance. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to analyze and keep track of our customer activities in a single place from their login to logout and create a delightful journey throughout. LoginRadius helps us to do that and provide a unified view of all customers data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
We had an issue with billing and they were very quick to resolve once it got flagged to the right people. There was never a time where I didn't know what was going on, and they were very open with the situation. They were able to bring clarity to an issue that we had, and helped us resolve it. Once resolved on our side, they then confirmed it was working on theirs to close off their case - great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their online portal has a get in touch with the company page, it took over a week for them to respond to that. When I used their online chat I got a response immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem at this time, we evaluated login in the past for ID Verification, however did not move on to them as it is not our core busienss anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use their online chat tool rather than the website form to get support.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it’s a very reliable tool that provides high-level security to protect customers’ data. It is easy, very comfortable and flexible in use. It provides good adaptive features and based on solid technology that serves single sign on purposes easily and reduces threat surface and enable users with less experience to use it. I must say it is the most user friendly software I have come across so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have nothing to dislike about this software. The main concern in using CIAM software is that they are a bit complex but LoginRadius is too easy and has user friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to tighten the security of our customers data and enhanced their trust towards us. The easy and navigational interface helped our team to adopt the software easily in no time and boost productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend it to those who are looking for a CIAM solution for their organization. It has served well our business purpose and security needs. It is also scalable and can grow along with your need for organization. Best tool with advanced features.

Simple, Flexible, & Versatile CIAM tool

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Loginradius in the first place because of its simplicity and versatility. We wanted something that could help us create a secure authentication for our customers and provide us unified view of our all customers data. Thanks to its security protocols and privacy compliances, we could easily create login forms for user authentication. Also, the tool allowed us to customize everything from scratch, right from themes, logo, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its features were a little technical so we couldn't understand them in the first go. But their support team was always available for assistance, making our overall experience smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly wanted a ciam tool that can help to authenticate our customers and provide consolidated data of customers which we can use to bifurcate them according to their buying behavior. Now when a customer signup for our service we don’t have to dig it deep for customer analytics.

Reduces support tickets and costs

What do you like best about the product?
The software provides a self-service solution to our end users to reset their passwords and account lockout. This self-service model has reduced one third of our most urgent helpdesk tickets, which results in maximizing our IT resources. Reduced the requests of unlocking accounts and resetting & forgetting passwords helps us in lowering support costs. Also, our end users get notified that their password is about to expire and to prevent lockout recommend a password change, this builds trust with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only chat and email support is provided under standard SLA, phone support is available with additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces our support tickets which helps us to utilize our IT resources more efficiently. Now our customers can do basic authentication stuff on their own which also helps them save their time. Overall this results in more happy end users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool and highly recommended for those who are looking forward to a secure and convenient way to authenticate their users.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using this software for a few years now and are satisfied with the result it has provided us. This tool provided the solution which we were looking for and made our login process easy and enable us to keep a track of all the signin/signup flow in an easy and convenient way. Also, it provides us the ability to customize our login form according to our choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it is great. Not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is easy to use for end users as well, it makes our authentication process easy and more secure which results in quick and simple onboarding of customers. Very often our customers gives us good feedback for our authentication & onboarding process. Cheers to LoginRadius!
