What do you like best about the product?
The Capillary platform is easy to use and offers a wide range of features. I especially like the pre-built report dashboard, and it’s also easy to create new reports. Support from the Aira AI tool also helps simplify things, with faster results
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to point out. The platform is well equipped for business requirements, including consumer segmentation, journey mapping, and bifurcation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capillary’s Insights+ brings fragmented customer data together into a single 360° view. It supports AI-driven segmentation, helps measure loyalty ROI, and enables more personalized marketing. Overall, it replaces manual analytics with self-serve, actionable insights that are easier to use and act on. It’s also easy to dig into millions of lines of data to find the results you need.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to visualise data and gives in a interpretable view. Further, can be customised as per requirements easily

Nothing as such, but could be great if we could add or customise AI ML models further

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking customer has been the most difficult part of business management, which has landed most of the business in despair. This tool helps every customer insights and make sure we have a solid knowledge about target audience

The user interface needs a bit of improvement, and user friendly FAQ can be incorporated

What do you like best about the product?
With so many platforms available in the market to engage with the customer through different mediums sometimes it becomes difficult to gather all that data in a single place. That's where Insights+ comes into the picture by gathering all the data points in a single place to give us insights about the user engagement and on how to leverage different touchpoints to engage with the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, there is a long way to get all the touch points integrated and a more user-friendly UI can be developed to make it more interactive for the customer and end-users to fulfil their end goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it mostly for the internal reportings and when we have to take decision basis the data points and KPI to get settles on business level decisions which can drive us to high profitability.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing about this software is it's very intuitive to use even for a newbie. It helps you in creating dashboards and reports for various business cases and that too in very less time. In case of any missing kpi issue, it can easily be created and used for reporting. It's very handy and reliable for day to day issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much to dislike about the software but yes it's UI can be improved a bit and some bug fixtures would definitely make this a goto tool for everyone for every analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm pretty satisfied with Insights + when it comes to create any technical reports or data requirement for analysis to solve the real world business problems in less time. It's very easy to use and has almost everything required for anyone who wishes to serve their clients with ease.
