What do you like best about the product?
What I like with this product is that it is quick and easy to use and to identify vulnerabilities, simulate attacks and validate risks of our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have provide more details on resolutions in the generated report and lower its cost for domain (FQDN) as a target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will now give us more flexibility to perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and enable us to schedule the testing based on quarterly cycle. Moreover, it also helps organization not only with compliance but also to know the security posture of the company and reduce the business risks identified.

Close the Theory-Practice Gap in Security

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like RidgeBot's ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice in infrastructure security. I also find its initial setup intuitive and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The impact on network performance, limitations in proprietary web applications, the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RidgeBot to detect vulnerabilities exploitable by cybercriminals, and it solves problems like false positives, shadow IT, and gaps between audits. I like its ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice in infrastructure security.

Amazing Proof of Concept: attack automation is the differentiator of RidgeBot

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We conducted a Proof of Concept at the company where I work for the RidgeBot solution, and the result was surprising. Our colleagues from the Red Team benefited the most, but the automation of attacks is truly a differentiator of the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage (although it's not exactly that) is that the tool automates so many things that, if the team wants to customize or do something simpler and more granular, it doesn't allow it. On the other hand, that is precisely the proposal: it was made to work that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution is priced more towards large corporations (like the company I work for) and I imagine that, for this reason, it is not as accessible for micro and small businesses.

RidgeBot is a great security robot that's easy to set up and use.

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
RidgeBot can be set up in minutes, with no need for professional installation.
RidgeBot is easy to use even for people who aren't tech-savvy.
By employing RidgeBot, you improve your overall security measures, helping to protect people, property, and data
RidgeBot is priced competitively with other security robots on the market.
Overall, RidgeBot is a great choice for people who are looking for a reliable and easy-to-use security robot. It's effective, affordable, and easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
RidgeBot is a user-friendly security robot that's quick to set up, and requires no professional installation, making it an effective choice for enhancing security measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot solves the problem of limited visibility into how well security controls perform against real-world attacks by continuously simulating realistic attacker behavior across the environment, rather than relying on periodic scans or one-time penetration tests. This benefits us by revealing actual attack paths, validating the effectiveness of existing security controls, reducing noise from low-impact vulnerabilities, and enabling focused remediation based on real risk, ultimately strengthening our overall security posture.

Centralized, Intuitive, and Effortless Platform

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
RidgeBot is like having an automated penetration tester that works incredibly well. Its biggest advantage is that it not only lists vulnerabilities but also autonomously tests whether they can be exploited, saving you hours of manual validation and giving you a true picture of the risk. It integrates seamlessly into your development processes to find security issues early, without delaying releases. In short, it's an ideal tool for teams that need to scale their security, efficiently prioritizing critical threats and providing clear reports for immediate action.
What do you dislike about the product?
RidgeBot is a formidable tool for automating security, but it's fair to point out that its highly polished approach comes with a slight trade-off. By prioritizing efficiency and predefined workflows, it can feel a bit rigid for pentesting purists who enjoy the complete control and creative improvisation of tools like Metasploit. It's like comparing a high-end GPS to the freedom of navigating with a map: the former is incredibly efficient, but the latter allows you to discover alternative routes that automation might miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot is solving two key problems for us: time constraints and a lack of cybersecurity specialists. By automating penetration testing, it allows us to conduct continuous and consistent assessments without relying so heavily on human experts. This means we identify critical vulnerabilities much faster and, most importantly, confirm whether they are exploitable in practice before a real attacker can.

Exceptional power of use

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its power of use, developing very powerful analyses on the assets
What do you dislike about the product?
Its licensing model, which distances its use in environments like ours that do not need such constant analysis and only require a confirmation of their status once or twice a year, but need that confirmation for legal requirements. It also distances it from use in special itinerant analyses that would require a credit model for our users who go to the solar plants.
I also miss some templates that would allow it to be used, for example, in "non-invasive" mode to be able to use it in high-criticality environments where nothing can fail, but without having to customize everything to ensure that nothing important is taken out of service.
Support for OT devices could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
discovery of vulnerabilities in the hybrid enterprise infrastructure with a very large attack surface. In our case, its wide range of application solves our general problems in this field with a single product.

Advanced Management of Ethical Hacking and Security Testing

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One can manage their own ethical hacking processes and conduct security tests that go beyond the typical vulnerability scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more expensive than using national suppliers in Latin America, where it is possible to find really low costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can perform on-demand Ethical hacking reviews completely under our control, in an automated and fast manner. Obtaining results and management very quickly to mitigate risks.

The platform features an intuitive, user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. It delivers validated risk scores, helping SOC teams reduce false positives and focus on real threats. Its fully AI-driven capabilities significantly streamline and simplify the SOC experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced configuration options could benefit from more comprehensive documentation, particularly to assist new users during initial setup and onboarding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Real World Pentesting

  • July 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RidgeBot is how it helps automate penetration testing and can cover a huge chunk of vulnerabilities, maybe like 70–75% or more. You can even see the attack flow on the screen — how attackers might actually try to break in — which is kinda cool and useful for learning. There are different types of testing like ransomware testing too. It’s also easy to use, reports come out detailed enough to understand the issues fast, and it can even run multiple penetration tests at the same time which really saves time for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a few things that could be better. API penetration testing isn’t really there yet and should improve. Also, the interface could be nicer — more smooth to use — and for some users it would be great if reports were available in more languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RidgeBot takes away the pain of doing manual pentesting that eats too much time. It finds vulnerabilities quickly, helps us understand how to fix them, and does automated testing again and again to keep things secure. That means we spend less time chasing every small issue and can focus on other important security work while RidgeBot handles a lot in the background.
