What do you like best about the product?
RidgeBot uses RidgeBrain to automatically perform TTPs traditionally used by a hacker such as:
Reconnaissance – Asset discovery
Attack surface expansion
Vulnerability detection
Exploitation
The frequency of use depends on the license and could be like a SIEM or better an approch to understand the lake in the perimeter

Little bit not easy to manage the core machine; the integration could be easy but not to follow up in the time.

It is a good product, but in Colombia customers still see it and compare it with a pentester, they do not see it as a solution to simulate adversaries.

It is necessary for third parties to categorize them within the attack simulation products and to compare it with the competition in that sector.

What do you like best about the product?
Performing penetration testing on a real-world environment can be very tricky, if not executed properly can lead to some serious implications. This tool helps solve the problem by automating a complicated process and gives meaningful results with little to no human effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool setup is an arduous process and requires some manual effort even though there's support offered. It would be better if tool could be integrated with cloud to help solve this.

The dashboard is intuitive, presenting complex data in an easily digestible format which enhances the decision-making process.

While the tool does an excellent job at identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, the generated reports can sometimes lack depth in recommendations for remediation. Also, for less common or custom applications, the tool might require manual configuration, which can be a bit time-consuming.
