Targeted outreach has improved lead conversion but support and AI insights still need work

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for 6sense is identifying customers, or more to the point, prospects who are ready to be reached out to by our SDRs according to their buyer stage as identified by 6QAs.

When we receive a notification that a specific prospect is researching Algosec either on our site or on other auxiliary sites, we know that they are in a certain buying stage, which means we can reach out to them. This means that we can identify the buying stage of an organization and reach out to them at the right time.

What is most valuable?

In my opinion, the best features that 6sense offers are the alerting mechanism that notifies when organizations become 6QAs.

What I like most about the alerting mechanism is the speed, and it is also integrated into Salesforce, which is a great help for us.

6sense has positively impacted our organization because we have generated more leads, achieved a higher conversion rate by reaching out to the right organizations at the right time.

What needs improvement?

I think 6sense could be improved by integrating it into more areas where customers are doing research, specifically into AI. A lot of the research today is done on ChatGPT or similar platforms. I am not sure that 6sense picks that up, and it is really important because the bulk is done over there and the fact that we have no knowledge on it in 6sense is a big downside.

I have not seen any 6sense AI capabilities whatsoever. Regarding 6sense's AI capabilities, I have not observed any abilities in its AI yet. Can we speed this up?

I do not have any other improvements needed for 6sense that we have not already discussed. Better accuracy on the 6QAs, integration with other providers, and getting the AI inside would be beneficial.

I have been using 6sense for one year in this company and another two years in my previous company.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

6sense is stable.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is terrible.

I chose 7 out of 10 because the support held it back from a higher score.

I did not previously use a different solution.

What was our ROI?

I have not seen a return on investment and cannot share relevant metrics with us, such as money saved, time saved, or fewer resources.

Before choosing 6sense, we did not evaluate other options.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using 6sense is to avoid their marketing landing pages or their ability to promote on LinkedIn, as that does not work effectively. I gave this product a rating of 7 out of 10.
