What do you like best about the product?

As i am currently using Stripe for one of my client, by the Way, Radar is very useful to prevent the fraud in the payment, as it usualy check all the transection and check if there is any fraud in the trasection and stop that.

What do you dislike about the product?

In India, as i observed as am currently using the Stripe payment gateway in one of my website's client, in India there is less use of this. otherwise its a good feature in Stripe.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping to prevent fraud in online transactions.

What do you like best about the product?

Customisability and flexibility of the software with actionable insights

What do you dislike about the product?

It seems like the software is increasingly expensive with counter dispute fees, auto submissions with percentage of the win ratio along with the original dispute fees and then paying extra for radar itself and optionals like pre dispute resolution, etc. It becomes considerably more expensive as you try to prove you are correct in the dispute.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Decreasing disputes via 3DS and customising risk flows.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps in doing secure transactions/ payments all over the world. It is easy to set rules, it is very safe and its save your data and your daily transactions from any kind of fraud or cheating . It makes me feel safe that my business is free from any kind of fraud . Its AI function is great , its work like a Radar and a Detector.

What do you dislike about the product?

Fees is charged sometimes , which not seems good as no one like to give fees , otherwise this is good and it really helps me a lot as a detector.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It give me a releif that my business is safe , it is a virtual detector , it find who is fraud and who is real . Its nature is agressive towards fraud , cheated payments .I ts detection level is good , it works according to its name as a RADAR . This app helps me a lot in doing safe transactions .

I like its detection ability to detect fraud transactions, I like the AI function to reduce the number of fraudulent payments accepted by stripe in my online store. It works really like a Radar that can detect fake or fraudulent payments.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it charges some fees, and sometimes what happen it rejects those payments also which are real and not fraudulent but other than this I have had a good experience with this app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps my business in detecting fraud payments and rejecting those payments, it is such an aggressive app for fraud payments. I recommend other people also who are suffering from fraud in transactions as it secures our payment system.

We like the Ai's ability to reduce the amount of fraudulent payments accepted by Stripe in our online store. It has saved us countless dollars in chargebacks from fraud.

What do you dislike about the product?

The thing we dislike most about Stripe Radar is how aggressive the AI can be, especially after getting a chargeback as a new user. It seems as though it has tightened up to much.

With Stripe Radar, we are able to successfully reduce the number of chargebacks we receive due to fraudulent credit card transactions in our E-commerce Stores.

It's fully integrated and does not need to be manually trigger.

What do you dislike about the product?

It rejcted a transaction once though I had proof the card was real and authorized. I chatted to support and they were able to approve it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It mainly protects consumers from having their cards stolen. But it also helps us since we have fewer complaints and disputes, which are costly and lengthly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's great and it's part of Stripe - so when you use stripe you are automaticall yusing Stripe Radar.

It is super easy to set up rules and hook it into Stripe dashboard. It has a great UI for customer service to query requests.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is not possible to set up rules based on external dependencies which is sometimes required.

I'm provided real time monitoring to any suspected fraudulent activity

I like the simple nature of the commands that are accompanied by clear documentation

If you don't clearly define your rules, you can get some false-positives, which can be a problem when you're just starting. Stripe nearly revoked my access because they were concerned my small, new company was using them fraudulently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With fraud detection, I can be more sure of my incoming payments not being rejected due to fraudulent uses of credit cards. Since I do only a small amount of business, this is extremely useful to keep us from losing money.

I like that it has a clean interface and goes out of its way for protection.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it blocks parties or scans them fraud when they aren't.
