What do you like best about the product?
The software is great as it helps one to scan the whole computer hence eliminating threats. The platform helps users to know and get all the solutions to the problems that they may experience when they are operating the computer. The software has also a splendid supportive team that is always on the foremost path in helping their customers and this leads to great customer satisfaction.

The platform is a game-changer in every sense!! it has exceeded my expectations as it has a low price that is budget-friendly and a great user interface that is simple to use and I could recommend it to all individuals.

The platform is great as it enables its users to have a clean computer that is free from malicious files. The platform is an indispensable tool to most users as it allows them to upload all kinds of documents as it scans online before saving them on the system. The platform enables most of the companies to secure their data and sensitive files that could be in a computer and it erase the dangerous files that could corrupt the computer.

Solid and Reliable Anti Malware Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform once installed and configured runs quietly in the background processing content without any problems. Easily handles the content volume we throw at it and all actions are clear to understand and follow. We have integrated scanning into our platform via the api with ease.
When required the customer support teams have been quick to respond and have quickly resolved the issues in our configuration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently mime type scanning of css files is processing a mismatch but this is being resolved by the product team. Otherwise there isn't much to dislike about MetaDefender.

Enables real time scanning of content provided by 3rd parties.

The transparent process of protection our Web presence. The ease of use and having multiple environments. Customer Support has been great when needed. It was very easy to implement and integrate with our environments.

So far this product is working as expeted.

We allow our customers to upload all sorts for documents, and we needed a tool that could scan online before saving the documents to our systems

Its price is low and it's easy to use and implement it.

Its coverage and number of malware detection engines and features are very limited.

We use it internally for enriching external domains and IPs for threat intelligence.

Enourmous advantage over competitor as you don't fall into a shared queue for scanning files; Ability to plug and couple new scanners of your choice.

Ability to get the product out from theAWS or Azure Marketplace. Imagine how cool would be to have a Metadefender out of the box over the Marketplace?

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using MetaDefender for over 5 years and it has been integral to the protection of our servers and file storage. MetaDefender scans all of the files as they are uploaded through our SaaS application screening and/or blocking virus', malware and other little baddies. Reporting is really good and customer support is fantatstic.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is anything that I dislike is the aggressive push from sales to purchase 2 and 3 years.

Preventative measures for uploads to our servers through our online application. It screens these files before they end up on our file host.
