I like that IBM Concert gives a single clear view of everything and highlights what needs attention first, saving time and confusion. I find the real-time visibility of project health and clear prioritization of risks in one place incredibly beneficial. I also like how it turns complex data into simple, actionable insights instead of just showing raw information. Real-time visibility helps me quickly understand the current health of projects without checking multiple tools, which saves time and reduces confusion. Clear prioritization helps me focus on the most critical risks or issues first, so I can take faster action and avoid bigger problems later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the insights can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if there’s a lot of data flowing in from multiple tools. It could be improved with simpler customization options and more intuitive filtering, so teams can tailor the dashboard more easily to their specific needs. IBM Concert would be even better with more flexible dashboard customization, simpler advanced filtering with saved presets, better noise control for alerts, and a smoother drill-down experience to quickly reach root causes.

IBM Concert helps track work, fix issues, and manage projects in one dashboard. It offers real-time visibility of project health and prioritizes risks, saving time by reducing confusion and helping me address critical issues quickly.

I like the way Gen AI is used in IBM Concert as it helps us drive solutions to streamline application operations, making things simpler and easier. I also appreciate the security management, which helps in eradication and maintenance of application complaints. These features are really valuable for me.

No specific enhancements as such, but, you know, overall, the scalability can be maintained better. For the future utilization. Because it's AI driven, we'll use it a lot. So scalability is something which it can work towards. For the future enhancements.

I use IBM Concert because it automates SSL, DSL certificate management, concept workflows, software composition analysis, and application vulnerability management. It streamlines processes, reduces complexity, and drives innovation with AI-powered tools.
