Great roll out and easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with. Everyone is willing to explain or dumb down the process. They have made a difficult process easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of reports that you need to spend time deciding what is important to you and what is not important.

One of the best cybersecurity solutions in the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin is awesome; their products are thorough, seamless, and intuitive. Adlumin's SIEM and SOC, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning offerings are top-of-the-line and continue to dominate in the cybersecurity solutions market. CompuTech is a proud partner of Adlumin. Not only are the offerings top quality, so is the team over at Adlumin. They are communicative, proactive, and engaged. 10/10 recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adlumin is incredibly strong at what they do and in their current service offerings. I would love to see Adlumin continue to innovate and perhaps broaded their product line to include additional security solutions and offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin is primarily solving the problem of business folk spending too much time worrying about and tending to their security needs, and not spending enough time on their primary business focuses. Adlumin is the 24/7 team of threat experts that allows users to focus on the core of their operations, exponentializing the organization's productivity and growth.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Adlumin is their user-friendly interface for security analyst and users ease of navigation combined with an ease of integration as their platform can be integrated from other EDR sources as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about the Adlumin's MDR platform is that they also generate a false positive alerts like most MDRs and SIEMs do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Security Analyst Adlumin MDR platform gives me an edge to investigate a high severity alert with ease by utilizing their 'Endpoint Hunt' tool which is capable of getting crucial information and events that are happening from the host within a specific time frame. Their platform is also capable of providing a real time detection which makes the triage process with ease.
Adlumin does a great job.
What do you like best about the product?
We feel very protected against network hacks. The product is very easy to use and the customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We got a ton of email notifications and which are overwelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now pass audits with the protection we are receiving.
Fantastic and simple Cyber Security solution
What do you like best about the product?
They have a great support team that implements ingestion of our logs simple and easy. They have a number of features that makes it easy to integrate with any of our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the choices of what we should implement are a bit unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They notify us of any alerts from our systems that look fishy or untrustworthy and allow us to respond in any way we would like. They also have the ability to lock accounts if it's used for malicious activity or used in a country that isn't allowed.
Friendly and customer centric MDR
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin sets itself apart in the realm of MDR with their commitment to proactive cybersecurity. They have a robust and innovative approach to threat detection and mitigation that serves us well. The real-time monitoring and analysis which provides a comprehensive view of our security posture is great. It's nice to have the extra set of eyes and timely response for emergent situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a frustration, it would be that the tuning of search rules and API connectors can sometimes be a challenge to massage exactly what kind of alerting and automated response out of the system. This is a challenge in any system, but is just a general point of friction if I had to choose one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin gives us 24/7 visibility into our organization's activities, which helps us proactively respond to events that we may not always be monitoring for. Especially helpful is the anomolous behavior notifications that piece together activities ina ggregate that might not always stand out.
Adlumin works, was easy to install and provides visibility into our network.
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to have Adlumin up and running in our environment in about two hours. The integrations worked out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, we wish we had additional time with all the work we are doing to use all the excellent features of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into our network. SOAR capabilities, compliance capabilities, dark web monitoring, SIEM and log managment, connecting to multiple systems in our environment
When we first saw the dashboard we were sold
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard. Many companies have caught up, but their dashboard was the best in the SMB market for products like this. Also, the integrations in many cases are already built in. Their customer support has been amazing. Implementation was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. It has worked well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active Directory, SIEM and other notifications that we'd have to go find to see them. It's saved us a bunch of time.
Fantastic Partner to have in our corner
What do you like best about the product?
The alerts on what my users are doing and the ability to isolate servers and desktops on my network to prevent any type of intrusion and damage to our network. Their support team is fantastic to work with and really know what they are doing. The Implementation was amazingly simple to deploy on all of my systems, and has worked really well as companion with my other solutions like our AV to have a full picture of what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much information that it is sometimes hard to know what to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a business is hard enough having the competition of other company’s trying to all do the same kind of thing. Then you add on the Bad Actors who are working on the unseen parts of your company’s network, makes the need for companies like Adlumin that much more important. Security has become more of a necessity than a want in this time and knowing that I have Adlumin monitoring everything for me, helps me sleep better at night.

What do you like best about the product?
As a partner of Adlumin, I couldn't speak highly enough of their solution portfolio and the individuals that support the channel network. Brian Scannell has been one of the best CAM's I've ever worked with and has gone above and beyond to incentivize and enable my team on how to sell Adlumin. The rest of their Northeast team has been awesome to introduce to prospective clients and long-term customers of ours as well. We love working with Adlumin!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the MTUG conference only happens once a year and we have to wait until next year to do some joint booth selling with their team again.

securing our customers' environment so we are able to help protect them from various cybersecurity threats.
