Sometimes there are false alerts, but overall the platform is useful and helps with security monitoring.

Adlumin helps us monitor security alerts and potential threats in one place. It makes it easier to investigate suspicious activity, review reports, and respond quickly when needed.

This benefits us by improving visibility, saving time, and helping us manage security risks more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that Adlumin is technology-agnostic, interfacing with any cybersecurity technology present at a client. This makes it extremely flexible and adaptable in any environment. The ITDR solution is the ideal solution for clients who wish to protect their identity in the M365 environment.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initial difficulty in using the solution, difficulty in being autonomous in its use without the support of N-able. Learning curve too slow, perhaps a more comprehensive manual or videos illustrating how to take the first steps in using the solution would be needed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Be more proactive in cyber risk situations, 24/7 support from N-able which provides greater coverage than we are able to offer independently.

Adlumin is pretty straightforward in terms of functionality. We rarely see vague alerts, and overall it has been a great experience so far.

None so far, may be a bit of improvement in the support

We have offshore offices with critical data that requires constant monitoring, and Adlumin helps us stay secure at all times.

After the initial setup, everything is fully managed and I can basically forget about it—they take care of everything for me.

Initial setup is easy and integration across a number of vendors

Lack of ability to set multiple SOAR exemptions for a single user.
3+ email notifications for a single alert

Detecting risky sign ins from potentially compromised accounts and the SOAR functionality to auto lock / trigger password resets on accounts.

It’s great to have a solution that we can label as a true “differentiator”

We do have a request in to have a call and investigate why auto lockout didn’t occur in once instance

It is allowing us to truly market as an MSSP with SIEM/SOC/SOAR

Way to much noise and you need a degree to read their alerts

Adlumin notifications, support and assistance with security event analysis is amazing. Great product and staff. They are always adding new APIs and capabilities.

Vunerabiltiy scanning data takes a week to update.

The security orchestration, automation, and response is great. Gives us peace of mind that their SOC is watching and responding 24/7.
