Data Labeling Services by Cogito

I had a terrible experience with Cogito for my annotation service. Their initial communication was good, and I wanted to proceed with them for the annotation job. They promised to finish the annotation within a week. I GOT NO REPLY when I started emailing them about the pilot annotation. It's been over a month since I submitted a request for demo annotation, and I still didn't get my annotation—also, no reply to my emails. They do not have the courtesy even to inform that they can not complete or there will be a delay. This is by far the most terrible company I have come across.
I will not recommend Cogito for an annotation job based on my personal experience.
