What do you dislike about the product?
The program does not always work when needed, such as being down or on a delay.

Scheduling for work assignments and being able to find new assignments quickly. I have been able to realize both.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it often and check frequently, as sometimes the program can get finnicky with a lot of users on it at once.
