Great Sportservice Warehouse Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
I used ythe Listo application at our F&B Warehouse at American Family Field in Milwaukee. We used Listo as an in stadium requisition tool and command center for communication. We had Listo QR codes added to every concession stand in the ballpark, and most staff were willing and able to use the applicaiton very fast. Overall teh feedback was great from all staff. As a warehouse operation we were able to stay more organized and increase our productivity as a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were definitley not many negatives when considering Listo as an application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listo decreased the amount of Phone calls to the warehouse. Fewer phone calls meant less was lost in translation, makign the entire warehouse more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The listo team is amazing. They are responsive and always willing to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
fairly new device, some features are not available. However, should you need something to better help your use, listo is all ears.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing staff to multitask while still looking after clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Listo is so helpful and responsive. They have gone over and above to assist and accommodate needs, as well as take into consideration any helpful tools or ideas that may make the product work even better for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. I truly enjoy working with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining helpful information to share with suite holders in a digital way, thus making it easier for us to update as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Listo team throughout the entire process of adopting their platform in our suites. They were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and proactive in addressing the challenges we faced during adoption. Their flexibility and dedication were instrumental in supporting the successful launch of the Listo platform. Even now, they remain open to feedback and are actively developing new features to ensure the platform continues to meet our evolving needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Listo was able to assist in streamlining our Cabana service system and has aided in eliminating previous wait times and service complaints.

We are happy with the system we now have in place.
