Good foundation for workforce management in retail

What do you like best about the product?
I have benefited from Mobista’s centralized scheduling since it has made it easy for my retail store. Since all the employee schedules and tasks are available at one platform it helps me control my workforce and the most important, have them covered during the busy hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that Mobista lacks comprehensive reporting features. I am unable to follow unique figures of sales, or evaluate patterns of how clients responsible for the tasks interact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My In-store workforce management has become easy due to the given Mobista. The centralized schedule as well as the mobile interface help me a lot and reduce the number of misunderstandings.
