What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of making changes to a workflow and the ease of use in every day tasks. In addition, the support is top notch, it is frankly amazing how personalized it has been. Lastly, the time savings that it has been for us is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any things that I dislike about Skematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us a large amount of time and it is allowing us to keep track of a large number of routine tasks that would be easily forgotten if not for Skematic.
