What do you like best about the product?

Automation of calculating Scope 3 emissions, ability to scale the use of PCF's, ability to integrate supplier specific data, and the ability to engage suppliers from Tier 1 and beyond, and the intelligent use of AI to identify relevant emission reduction opportunities. The support services are also great (supplier engagement team) who offer practical training

What do you dislike about the product?

What will make the system even better is improving scenario modelling capabilities, from a cost and carbon perspective. Also building in feasibility of implementing decarb solutions/ levers. And also some RAG rating for how confident we are in the data being used, where it is AI generated, provided by supplier or modelled. So users can interpret the results better.

Scope 3 decarbonisation, engaging suppliers, EUDR compliance. Carbmee provide the foundational software and data that we need in order to develop robust and implementable decarbonisation plans

Supplier Engagement excels at onboarding and collaborating with suppliers globally, boosting our Scope 3 decarbonization efforts with faster data collection and quicker integration, all supported by expert multilingual services.
The Carbon Cost Forecasting Solution gives visibility into hidden supply chain costs, enabling precise forecasting and compliance with ETS, CBAM, and EUDR, which has saved us significant time and resources. The Jaggaer partnership seamlessly integrates carbon intelligence into procurement, helping our decision-making with real-time insights and actionable strategies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved critical issues like hidden carbon costs, regulatory compliance with ETS, CBAM, and EUDR, and the complexities of managing Scope 3 emissions across global supply chains. EIS also helps us in addressing data gaps, financial risks, and operational blind spots.

It gives us precise forecasting, which has driven significant efficiency and has helped us mitigate exposure, also giving us a real competitive edge.

What do you like best about the product?

Clear functionality, well structured approach. Intuitive tool, easy to work with. Strong support from the Carbmee team.

Focus is on CO2 emission - other sustainability topics are under development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating transparency in upstream CO2 emissions, supporting heatmap assessment and enabling cooperation with high emitting suppliers to further assess and reduce CO2 footprint.

What do you like best about the product?

Data clarity, tracking, and implementation team. The tool provides the ability to calculate scope 3 categories utilizing the data that you have. This means that when I only have spend data, I can use that. But when I have supplier specific LCAs or activity based data, I can use that as well. So it has the flexibility that is essential. One other key factor is that it can be integrated in the Jaggaer supplier management tool to allow for supplier collaboration to get primary data from suppliers. The way suppliers provide that data is also great because they don't need to have their own LCAs or facility measurements, they can update the production and material data within the platform to make it more accurate even if they don't have their carbon data.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing that was disappointing is the inability to upload your own spreadsheets on a monthly basis. This requires an API which is more costly and not clear upfront. They also don't provide supplier guidance for how to use the platform and provide primary data. This too comes at an additional cost for supplier engagement which was disappointing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scope 3 Carbon accounting - accurately tracking emissions and clarity with how those emissions are being calculated.
Carbon accounting for bidding events. The integration into Jaggaer allows us to automatically calculate carbon impact differences between suppliers allowing for decision makers to utilize carbon impact as a key decision factor.

What do you like best about the product?

Particularly noteworthy is the structured presentation of company data (CCF) in a clear dashboard, which impresses with a user-friendly UX. The integration of purchasing data also works practically: The monthly effort of about one hour for exporting and coordinated importing of the data is acceptable. The AI-supported allocation works reliably, provided the data structures have been carefully coordinated. The gradual rollout to additional categories is sensible and well implementable.

What do you dislike about the product?

At the moment, there are various applications available that are being replaced. It is sometimes unclear what should be used best. Detailed analyses are not intuitively learnable on their own, but require instruction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software platform carbmee assists us in calculating greenhouse gas emissions according to the GHG Protocol and enables the integration of purchasing data as well as emissions assessment at the product level. The application proves to be an ambitious tool for company-wide emissions analysis and provides a solid foundation for the further development of our sustainability strategy.

What do you like best about the product?

carbmee EIS offers a user-friendly interface and a broad set of features that support carbon footprint analysis. The Studio module enables direct data interaction without the need for spreadsheet exports, improving efficiency. Its modular structure allows for tailored reporting, which I use frequently for both internal and external purposes. Integration has been smooth, and the support and training provided by our Customer Success Manager, has been consistent and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

One challenge has been aligning the data structure of carbmee EIS with our internal ERP system. While integration is feasible, it requires customization and a time investment to ensure compatibility. This may affect and slow down data comparison.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

carbmee EIS supports us on the measurement of Scope 3.1 and 3.4 emissions by enabling accurate matching of activity data with relevant emission factors. The solution combines expertise in data management, ESG, and life cycle assessment (LCA), which improves the quality of our emissions analysis. Additionally, the results are presented in a report-ready format, facilitating both internal and external communication.

What do you like best about the product?

Carbmee’s EIS is a strong foundation for Scope 3 emissions tracking, with a clear focus on data quality and supplier collaboration.The platform is clean, intuitive, and relatively easy to navigate for both procurement and sustainability users. Integration with emission factor databases simplifies calculations. Standard reporting templates and export functionality make it easier to prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use software and enables collaboration with the supply base. Besides the software also good service by the carbmee team to outreach to the supply base and get them working on the carbmee EIS platform. Study supports easy aggregation of data and reports (similiar to a Power BI). Innovative ideas to have one data cube and enhance the data round. Compony data can be uploaded easily.

What do you dislike about the product?

More funacitonality like customer properties or decarbonization raodmap not yet available. Carbmee is telling that this is under development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CBAM Regulation requires quarterly reporting. Collaboration with suppliers and verifying the data the software and the team is supporting this. Also generating the authority reports is getting managed.
