As others have mentioned this is actually linked to the Windows server 2019 base AMI and is not a core image.

This is not a core version, it contains full blown desktop environment. Please fix this already, this issue has been going for months...

Its not windows server 2019 core its a windows server 2019 base version....
Please check this AMI and upload a core version thx
