Easier-to-Use Interface Than BoardDocs
What do you like best about the product?
User interface makes it easier to use than BoardDocs. It works well with our other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intermittent outages and support that is not able to resolve the issue in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our school system stay compliant with ADA accessibility.
Promising Transition, but Needs Better Workflows and Approval Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
That it is what we are tranistioning into .
What do you dislike about the product?
So far what we have seen that there are no workflows for items from meeting to meeting, static agendas, inability to skip (override) in approval process, and no signatures on final approvals, No AI in planning or all of the perks of boards. And who is even more short staffed is Governemenr and non-profits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From our previous product, a dedicated workflow for the begining of an item, a look ahead for us. and internal review.
Agenda-to-Minutes Automation That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the agenda populates into the minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
It is confusing to navigate at times, and the features aren't always clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of platform and public agendas to our stakeholders.
Easy for Board Members and Admins
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for our Board Members. Pretty straight forward for Admin as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
More support. More learning opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realizing when there are bugs and resolving those right away.
Intuitive and Easy to Use—Still Learning New Things at Elevate
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use, although I'm learning new things at Elevate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is having to click the button next to the items in the minutes in order for the agenda to progress on-screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community makes it easy to compile an agenda and share it with district residents.
Transparent Public Meetings with Agendas, Recording, and Speaker Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create meetings and agendas, record, manager requests to speak and have a web site that is fully transparent to the public.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a third level for users that are above staff access and below member level.

Reduction of use of natural resources and providing full transparency to the public.

I love the fact that it's more streamlined than BoardDocs

Nothing yet. So far I am very happy with the upgrades
