What do you like best about the product?

I've had a good experience with Upland Cimpl. It gives us a clear view of our telecom expenses and inventory in one place, making it much easier to track costs and spot savings opportunities. The reporting is useful, and it cuts down on a lot of the manual work.

What do you dislike about the product?

The interface feels a bit dated and can take some time to learn. Some reports require extra customization to get the information I need, and certain workflows could be more intuitive to reduce the number of clicks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upland Cimpl helps us manage telecom expenses and assets in one place, giving us better visibility into costs and usage. It has reduced manual tracking, made reporting easier, and helped us identify billing issues and cost-saving opportunities more quickly.

We meet with the Cimpl team monthly and appreciate the feedback and advice provided.
