What do you like best about the product?

This is the best brand protection platform I’ve used in my 20+ years working in e-commerce. The real-time monitoring and alerts are reliable, and removals happen quickly. It’s also a great value overall.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, I can’t think of anything specific to call out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identifying and removing bad actors infringing on our IP rights without a platform like BrandShield is time-consuming and expensive. BrandShield does this remarkably well.

What do you like best about the product?

They are very efficient. They usually bring marketplace postings and websites to our attention before they are found by our customers. The metrics they report aren't inflated and seem tangible. The IU is easy to navigate and disposition items flagged for follow up.

What do you dislike about the product?

The software can sometimes be clunky to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are contacting offending companies directly, saving us a lot of time and effort. Yanir has been very responsive and reports out bi-weekly, allowing us to have timely information on the status of our open items. There is a definite return on the investment we are making.

The portal brings together all aspects of the online world in one place. The team at Brandshield is very customer-focused, and they’re always responsive whenever I raise an issue or need support.

It’s not really a dislike, but the sheer amount of information available can feel overwhelming at times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They aggressively go after chronic abusers of our brand trademark.

They say pioneers all have something in common: arrows in their back, lol. That’s definitely been true for our brand and our IP—we’ve dealt with a lot of copycats. Thankfully, we can rely on Brandshield to help protect us from all those arrows. There's no way we could scan the entire internet looking for violations but they have the technology to do just that on a regular basis. They do an extremely thorough job, and we’ve seen excellent results.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t much to dislike. Yes, it costs money, but in our case the service pays for itself through recovered sales.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They’re always on the hunt for trademark violations, and they also take the time to scan through lots of pictures to look for potential patent and copyright issues. When violations are found they get them taken down.

BrandShield has been effective in identifying potential brand threats and providing clear findings and reports. I especially like that the platform not only identifies issues but also provides actionable options to address them. So far, the monitoring, reporting, and remediation capabilities have been reliable and useful for protecting our brand online.

So far, I have not encountered any significant issues with BrandShield. The platform has been working well for our needs, particularly with its findings, reporting, and ability to take action on identified threats. As we continue using the platform, we will be able to better evaluate any limitations over time.

BrandShield helps us identify and respond to online threats involving our brand, such as lookalike domains, impersonation, phishing, and unauthorized use of our company information. It provides centralized monitoring, reporting, and remediation capabilities, including actions against identified threats. This helps us detect potential brand abuse earlier, reduce the time required to investigate these issues, and better protect our customers and our company’s online reputation.

What do you like best about the product?

I like BrandShield's speed and how terrifying it is to infringers, instead of just worrying about another letter, they worry about waking up to find their website or social media account gone. It's fast and effective, saving us a lot of money. I find it very easy to work with, as they have top-notch technology that surveys our trademarks in over 50 countries. Their service is unmatched by anyone else. The dashboard allows us to check before they take down a website, making sure it's not one of our paying licensees. BrandShield also surveys multiple social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and others. The initial setup was very easy, and their technology is phenomenal, taking care of infringers they find, as well as those we identify. Overall, no one else could provide us with this level of service.

Nothing that I dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrandShield speeds up handling infringements, saving us money by reducing litigation. It scares infringers with the threat of losing sites or accounts, making enforcement more effective. Their tech is great for worldwide trademark surveillance, and their dashboard helps us avoid impact on our licensees.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the takedown services offered by BrandShield. The accuracy and success rate of these services are probably one of the best in the industry. It's commendable how they follow up with different bodies like legislators or domain registrars until the offending website or domain goes down. The onboarding process has always been fairly easy because BrandShield offers a dedicated account manager. I also appreciate the recent addition of dark web visibility in their consoles, which has been a frequently requested feature by our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area I've always looked for improvement in BrandShield is visibility on the dark web space. They have recently added this feature, which is something we and many customers wanted. Also, in the Indian market, we'd appreciate more commercial flexibility, as BrandShield's pricing is on the higher side compared to competitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrandShield helps our customers protect their brand online across platforms like social media, websites, and marketplaces.

What do you like best about the product?

The dashboard provides a clear, easy-to-read summary of all the information included in my subscription. The SOC support team is very helpful whenever I have questions about my hunting or takedown requests. The Threat Hunting team is both competent and proactive, and they consistently keep me updated with current information on enforcement status.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be very helpful if BrandShield, in addition to hunting for infringement, also provided services to identify and take down deliberate abuse of our brand under the pretext of freedom of expression. Sometimes, paid influencers working for competitors intentionally try to attack the brand on social media, and it becomes very challenging to get such comments removed. This ends up affecting our brand value.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrandShield helps us stay focused on our core business while taking full responsibility for protecting our brand value through their digital risk protection solution. Their managed services and SOC team shoulder the day-to-day burden of managing our digital risk, which helps us optimise our resources and concentrate on what we do as a business, while BrandShield does what they do best—Digital Risk Protection for us.

Brand protection enhanced with artificial intelligence.

The functions offered by Branshield cover the most important aspects our clients are looking for, so it meets our needs well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly, I value brand protection, supported by AI, and the management of takedowns.

What do you like best about the product?

I find BrandShield incredibly intuitive and easy to use. By informing the platform of what is or isn't relevant to us, it learns quickly and better identifies risks. The support team is also very communicative and quick to action any investigations if we find any risks before BrandShield does, which is rare. Setting up BrandShield was very easy thanks to a helpful support rep who took care of much of the heavy lifting, and the onboarding was handled well, providing all the knowledge needed to use the platform effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?

Very little can be improved. Of course, it is unable to catch everything, but that isn't an issue. One thing would be that it could be better at finding SMS-based phishing scams. Many bad actors like to imitate us through SMS-based phishing scams and we are often alerted to this by customers/employees rather than BrandShield. It would be great if BrandShield caught these before we do.
