Druva is efficient, reliable and easy to use to enterprise backup system.
What do you like best about the product?
Durva's backup solutions integrated with our systems seemlessly. Their onboarding team was very helpful in setting up the system. Backups are easy to restore and contains plenty of restore options. The system is easy to maintain and use by IT support staff and doesn't take a lot of effort to keep it running. When the rare issue does occur, Durva's support staff has been very responsive and easy to get on the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I or my support team have no signifcant issues with the Druva product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the support team a single dashboard to manage our backups accross our enterprise. I like the security that Druva's backup technology provides and the reporting / monitoring that Durva offers.

I had a positive experience using Druva, finding it efficient and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is very easy to use, and their support team is always very responsive. So far, there have been no issues with using the product; everything works as it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
"The only thing is that they should extend the amount of time we can keep users in the preserve group.

Druva is ensuring that all our data is backed up, just in case we encounter any issues with our account in Office 365

This helps me with simplifing the administration of backing up O365 and servers in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is a set-it-and-forget-it type of tool that works quietly in the background. You hardly even know it's there, untill you need it and then it's a life saver. We back up our Microsoft 365 tenant and our fleet of laptops and it just works. I love the legal hold features on the email side and for the laptops it seems like no matter how much I tell our team to keep their important docs in folders that are backed up, they still manage to put everything on their desktop! Druva keeps those files safe too, along with all the rest of the settings etc. So when a laptop goes missing I can get them a new computer and back on track in just a few minutes. It's great!

There's nothing really that I don't like. Which is more than I can say for most of the tools in my stack.

Simple configuration process, minimal management, and predictable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit-based system can take a little bit to get used to and the DR solution could be more simplied, with wider support (namely Nutanix AHV).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a robust cloud backup strategy for several years, which we then discovered Druva. The biggest concerns we were facing previously were the extensive configuration, management, and unpredictable cost structure. Druva greatly simplified the configuration process, minimized management, and made the cost very predictable. In addition, any issues that have come up, support has been very responsive and helpful in getting them resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva was first implemented by my company because of the Saas protection provided. It was better than our leading solution, Cohesity, and gave our customers the ease of a solution off prem without hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Druva could be better at showing errors in logs. The UI could have improvements on protection views and naming conventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud has helped us discover ransomware events before our security team could catch it, has helped our company dive into disaster recovery and all the features Druva supplies.

Druva Data reslilency cloud i svery helpful for us like that they maintain Database backup, Online backup , Server Backup , etc . There are many Awesome facility available in druva data resilency.

All companies should have an off-site backup in case of natural disasters. With Druva not only do they offer the backups off-site they add addtional features to these backups that add multiple layers of security and data hardening.

It helps in mangaging the user mailboxes backup, teams and sharepoint backup. Also, help to restore the email backups effectviely.
