What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in general. We use Resmo in our daily work, whenever we want. It's always fast, user-friendly, and simple to manage for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the cloud resources and different SaaS applications, it's hard to track resources, get alerts, and make decisions about all of them. SaaS products and different cloud providers have lots of different native security-based solutions and controls but you need to learn and apply them one by one. Resmo is a great product for this, we love the centralization of everything.
Extremely user-friendly Saas product to access all needed IT security resources
What do you like best about the product?
This SaaS product is extremely user-friendly and directly fulfills its intended purpose. The product is superb, and from our usage, I can see some clear advantages:
- It provides effortless and prompt access to all IT security resources.
- Offers advanced search functionalities via SQL queries.
- Enables rapid exportation of lists from any resource.
- Displays relationships between issues through graphical visualization.
- Notifies users of significant configuration changes on any asset.
- Identifies and warns of publicly accessible or vulnerable locations within users' resources.
Working in an organization where we onboard and manage freelance tech talent, it is critical to know who got access to what at any given time. Resmo allows us to do just that and to identify risky setup structures in our resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point in time. I see this as a great tool to use for growing organizations to keep control of their resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company we onboard and manage freelance tech talent - not only internally, but also for our clients. Then it is super important to know who got access to what at any given time. Resmo allows us to do just that and to identify risky setup structures in our resources.
Complete asset visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Supports various integrations out of the box to collect resource information and provide complete visibility on these resources. Ability to write custom complex queries to better understand the specifics of different resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are actively adding new integration every month but it would be better to focus also some popular tools used by startups such as Intercom and DigitalOcean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on assets at various cloud service providers and notification on critical problems and issues.
A powerful must-have tool to monitor and secure resources.
What do you like best about the product?
Resmo's extensive integrations and simplicity allowed us to easily get key insights about our resources in the cloud distributed across many platforms. Just after the setup, we realized that a former employee still had access to some of our resources. Resmo quickly became our primary tool to keep our resources secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing overall. But, It would be nice to have integrations with Stipe and Mercury. I believe they will add them soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Considering the ever-increasing number of the different platforms we use, keeping track of our company's digital existence across many platforms was overwhelming. Resmo makes our job easy by allowing us to monitor all the resources within a single, well-designed, user-friendly dashboard.
Great insights from my cloud environment.
What do you like best about the product?
I can get an insightful report from Resmo about my AWS environment. Normally it is very hard to see what is going on in your account but now I can detect every bit of change in my environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not so much but maybe I can tell it is not startup-friendly pricing. Even the Standard plan seems high to me. I want to limit which resources to track so I can fit into the plan I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resmo is solving observability issues over different resources. They are providing a single dashboard and query capability over a vast variety of accounts we have.
Effortlessly manage and secure your cloud resources with Resmo
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT manager, I have found Resmo's SaaS cloud security service incredibly useful in managing my IT resources. With just a few clicks, I can easily access all of my assets or export lists from any source in seconds. When an issue arises, Resmo provides a graph to view the relationship and quickly navigate between resources to gather information about the problem.
Additionally, Resmo allows me to quickly identify and set alerts for any potential public, shared, or openly risky areas in my resources, ensuring that my privacy is maintained. I am also immediately notified of any critical configuration changes in my assets, allowing me to address any potential issues before they become significant problems. Overall, Resmo's SaaS service has dramatically improved my ability to manage and secure my cloud resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything that I do not like about Resmo yet. Every comment, error, or suggestion I presented has been promptly addressed. There are a few services that I still want but do not yet have integration options for, but I know they will be available soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resmo provided us with excellent insights into the non-compliance of some of our service settings with best practices, and we were able to address these issues promptly. We were also able to use it to identify both public files that we had left on Google Drive, as well as points where people we no longer collaborate with still had access, and we were able to fix these issues quickly. It also gave us ideas for reorganizing roles in some sources.
Additionally, we had some migration work to do with some of our services, and there were times when we needed to export certain resources to CSV/JSON. While it is not usually possible to find such a possibility within the services, we were able to quickly export the configuration information of the resources we needed with just a few clicks using Resmo.

Simple but powerful product for security with deep integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Resmo integrations are easy to start with and don't really require any excessive permissions. Our devops team knows what is happening within our AWS org and we can easily set up alerts for potential problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant but would be great to filter dashboards by account id - I know that this is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have visibility into our developer's AWS and SaaS usage. We are not scared of someone creating a security vulnerability. Our focus is on giving developers freedom and power but that is scary. Resmo helped us gain control back.
A quite effective product to increase the quality and reliability of governance between resources
What do you like best about the product?
The product usage is developer-friendly thanks to the built-in query documents it contains. You don't need to overthink what kind of critical information that you have to see and be warned because Resmo has lots of queries for developers or product owners to be able to use for most common scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not negative feedback but we could think to share our custom dashboards to the outside of our Resmo account owners near future. The second one is it will be much sustainable to use if we can add more integrations between services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve our visibility problem between our AWS accounts such as sandbox, test, and live environments. We always to be happy to give the least privileges to our developers and cloud services. With help of Resmo, we now have information about which resource is unnecessary or consumes more computing resources than expected.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience was satisfactory. We are waiting for more out-of-the-box supported AWS services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
