Simple Setup, Great for IT Integration in Travel
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Boomi's clean UI, which makes it user-friendly and appealing. The dashboard stands out to me because it's simple and understandable. Also, the initial setup of Boomi was simple, which made transitioning to it a smooth process. Boomi was also a better fit for our travel industry use case, which was an important factor for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
API management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Boomi for IT integration, solving data lineage and file management issues.
Fast Integration, Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Boomi's drag and drop feature, which makes building integrations fast and easy, without taking hours or days. It's also easy to maintain and deploy, especially when compared to other tools. Deployments that used to take hours now only take a fraction of the time, just minutes. I like that part a lot because it also makes managing our operational activities easier for the operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has to be improved. Whenever we raise a ticket, it's taking time for the Boomi team to respond to production issues. It has to be improved on the support side.

Boomi helps clear data issues by integrating multiple systems, playing a key role in our company's integration capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Boomi's enablement, standardization, and templates. It's easy to find the components or design the process if I want to build something that is commonly used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging could be better, lots of clicks, process folder systems too effortful to maintain. Initial setup was a bit challenging due to the knowledge gap.

Boomi lets me access data from different sources in one place. It provides enablement, standardization, and templates, making it easy to find components or design processes for commonly used tasks.

Too many errors. Likely implementation issue, but each API integration handles errors differently

I like Boomi for its low-code no-code platform, which really contributes to a faster development cycle. The front-end is great, making it user-friendly and efficient to work with. The initial setup of Boomi was easy as well.

Boomi solves real-time data issues by connecting SAP applications to CRM. The low-code, no-code platform speeds up the development cycle and has a great front end, enhancing the overall experience.

Amazing advisors who are genuinely helpful when it comes to supporting our business as we expand into government.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to talk about previous engagements with other clients and be specific about them and show how Boomi solved problems.

It is very easy to develop in and to understand

I would like more shapes so I wouldn't need to create as many custom data processes

Easy Process Flow Creation and Reusable Components
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create new process flows and copy existing components that are relevant for new projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some utilities related to version control that Boomi is missing, and the exported data for maps isn’t super clear or clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi is greatly simplifying our integration processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is very easy to use for my integration needs as a familiar style of low code no code software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the use of the AI agents and getting them to do what I and desiring out of them I struggle between knowing the right way to do something in boomi versus our current way. We struggle with comparing virgin histories and revision histories and being able to work fetch and compare non directly direct commits.

We use boomi primarily for our a2a and put integrations and are EDI and B2B communication
