SaaSify helped us with professional services listing and solved AWS PRM and PCM issues, providing good support.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the hands-on assistance provided by an executive during my AWS partner migration process. They demonstrated a lot of patience and literally sat through with me, taking me through the entire process for close to two and a half hours. This dedicated support was a great help in completing the entire process.

SaaSify assists with creating AWS portal professional services and partner revenue measurements. It facilitates partner central migrations on AWS, significantly helping us with these tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciated having a human assist me throughout the process, taking care of the work from start to finish. The screen sharing and continuous guidance were incredibly useful, especially with the different areas of the AWS Marketplace Management portal that I would have struggled to configure on my own, even with the official documentation.

SaaSify helped my business become AWS Partner Revenue Measurement compliant and assisted with AWS Partner Central migration. I appreciated the human assistance and screen sharing, which guided me through configuring complex areas of the AWS Marketplace Management portal.

I really like the AI agent tool, and the professional service listing on SaaSify helps me with the PRM process. The initial setup was quite easy, which was great.

They helped us in completion PRM program which is mandatory for the AWS.

I use SaaSify for PRM and PCM compliance and they helped me complete my compliance requirements, which was designated by AWS. I appreciate how they helped me move into new platforms and operational models. They made it clear how the entire compliance would work, which was crucial for us; without them, we wouldn't have understood the parameters or been able to complete it. I liked that they were quite prompt and quick in helping us and constantly followed up on our requirements. I appreciate the ease of their availability, being just a call or Teams invite away, which made the setup quick for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SaaSify helped me complete compliance requirements set by AWS, and assisted in moving to new operational models, understanding compliance parameters, and tagging services. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to manage it.

I really like the support and guidance I’ve received from SaaSify, especially from Shurvam, who has been my onboarding guide. He is very professional, friendly, and always takes the time to answer my questions clearly and thoroughly. His support has made the onboarding process smooth and easy.

SaaSify, especially Shuvam, has helped us significantly with the PRM compliance process for our company. His guidance and support made the process much easier to understand and helped us move through the compliance requirements more efficiently.

I think Chandan from the SaaSify team helped me very smoothly through the process. SaaSify helped me in the process of partner central portal log migration when I was totally unaware of how to do it. The initial setup was very smooth. I also rated it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

SaaSify helps me with partner central portal log migration, especially when I wasn't sure how to process it with AWS.
