What is our primary use case?
I sought onboarding help with AWS Marketplace.
How has it helped my organization?
We are now able to launch our product through the marketplace platform, connect to our partners CarahSoft and Red Hat, and streamline our customers' private offerings for cybersecurity.
What is most valuable?
Spektra Systems taught us to navigate the Private Offering with large enterprise customers and several partners involved. AWS has streamlined purchasing, billing, and payments to the SAAS provider, as well as to the partners.
What needs improvement?
There is too much for an average sales non-technical person to do to go live on the marketplace.
For how long have I used the solution?
I used it for one project.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not use any previous solutions.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It provides good value for the service.
