What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate Teleskope's ability to identify, classify, and protect sensitive data across our cloud and SaaS environments, which is extremely valuable in our banking environment with lots of confidential client and business info. It helps centralize and automate security tasks, reducing manual investigation and follow-up, so our team can focus on items requiring more judgment and escalation. The automation of remediation in Teleskope is particularly valuable for managing a significant volume of issues efficiently. I also value the visibility it provides across our data environment, and the combination of automation and visibility is what I find very useful. The initial setup was easy breezy, which made getting started with Teleskope smooth and quick.

What do you dislike about the product?

With Teleskope being a newer platform, there are a few capabilities and integrations that I feel could be expanded, especially given the complexity of a large enterprise environment. More flexibility around reporting, dashboards, and configurable remediation workflows would be really helpful as different teams have different controls and governance requirements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Teleskope to protect sensitive data, reduce manual security work, and improve visibility, freeing up my team to focus on higher-risk issues.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Teleskope for its discovery, classification, and flexible deployment features. It helps reduce breach exposure and storage costs, minimizes audit preparation, and provides a clear posture metric for reporting. Remediation is now automatic, so my team can focus on strategic work instead of manually triaging hundreds of alerts. The implementation was quick, taking just one hour, and we saw results immediately. It's unmatched in terms of cost and efficiency for securing platforms like ChatGPT and Slack, and to my knowledge, the only authorized combined DSMP/DLP solution for both, which is a crucial differentiator from other vendors.

What do you dislike about the product?

They didn't have a few very specific connectors but were able to build them in no time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope automates remediation in our data security program, reducing manual triaging. It provides continuous data discovery, classification, and governance, decreasing breach exposure and storage costs. It offers a unified DSMP/DLP solution for ChatGPT and Slack, streamlining costs and efficiency with quick setup and instant results.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that Teleskope works seamlessly in the background, finding and fixing issues without requiring intensive setup or constant tuning, which makes it really user-friendly. The automatic remediation feature is invaluable, as it handles access revocations, file quarantines, and notifies data owners to prevent repeat mistakes. The policy simulation capability is a game-changer, allowing us to test new rules without disruption. I appreciate the responsive and collaborative Teleskope team who has implemented features based on our feedback, truly feeling like an extension of our security team. The smooth setup process was a 10/10 experience for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

Teleskope was missing a connector we needed (Slack), but the team resolved it shortly after we joined.

I use Teleskope to automatically clean up and secure sensitive data across our cloud and SaaS tools, saving our small security team 10-15 hours weekly on manual work, letting us log every action, and ensuring leadership knows how data is protected.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Teleskope for automated data classification and remediation, which helps prevent sensitive data from reaching AI tools. I love that it sits at the core of our data security program covering many environments. Now with Teleskope, I get an audit trail and can clearly identify and address gaps with clear actions. Some standout features for me are the classification, continuous scanning, AI search, auto-remediation, and dashboards. Also, the setup experience was great, and the support team was fantastic.

I love that Teleskope doesn't just identify problems but also fixes them automatically. The classification engine is significantly better than what I've seen before, as it understands context, not just patterns. I appreciate the contextual classification, dashboards, continuous scanning, and flexible deployment. Teleskope has made our experience amazing by automating tasks that previously required us to manually review and triage thousands of issues weekly, allowing our teams to focus on impactful work.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't really anything about Teleskope that I dislike. Originally, there were some connectors missing, but they quickly integrated and built them.

Teleskope automates data classification and prevents sensitive data breaches, saving us from manually addressing thousands of issues weekly. The classification engine is context-aware. This automation lets the team focus on impactful work, while still having a way to trail back changes.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Teleskope for its ability to automatically classify and remediate data across cloud and SaaS environments. It helps in keeping track of our datasets by providing an inventory and visibility into where our data is located, whether it's in Slack, Notion, our CX systems, or within our infrastructure. One of the standout features for me is its automatic remediation in real-time, which doesn't need manual triage of alerts. The classification engine effectively understands context, reducing false positives, which is pretty nice. Additionally, Teleskope's integration with our wiki/context layer is very handy for us since we use it as our internal source of truth, providing a centralized plane for data identification and allowing users to unblock themselves when necessary. The option to modify access, like revoking and quarantining sensitive information automatically, is also very useful. The setup was relatively easy, and I appreciate that the tool doesn't hinder business velocity in a fast-paced environment like ours. Overall, it's a valuable asset for enforcing data retention policies and protecting sensitive data.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a few papercuts that makes it difficult to triage (like loading speeds). There are also a few feature requests that we're waiting on, but the team is fast to implement them (ex: resource link in the alert notification to the data owner).

I use Teleskope for automated data classification, protecting sensitive data, enforcing policies, and remediating issues across cloud and SaaS environments, saving time with real-time actions and reducing manual triage efforts.

What do you like best about the product?

Besides the easy to use UI, I really do like that Teleskope is constantly doing data discovery. In an organization where there is data everywhere, having something that can automatically find it and help categorize it removes a very manual piece of my work. The ability to also identify VIPs/high trust users due to their role is helpful from an insider threat standpoint. It is also amazing that we can integrate it with Purview! Overall, I'm excited to see how we can continue to grow our DLP program with Teleskope

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I haven't been able to go and use it too deeply to give an informed opinion here. Our Teleskope implementation is a bit too immature at the moment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope is helping mature our DLP program, which is incredibly helpful to me since I am managing our DLP program and want to mature our insider threat program. Prior to Teleskope, we were only relying on Purview and Defender, which lacked AI that could build context around the actual content of a document, where it was being sent, etc.

What do you like best about the product?

The best aspect of Teleskope is its ability to provide centralized visibility into sensitive data across MS 365 and Slack, while also supporting automated remediation workflows. It helps identify where sensitive information exists, who has access to it, where data is overshared, and where compliance risks exist. The platform has also demonstrated real enforcement capabilities, such as detecting secrets shared in Slack and automatically redacting or quarantining content.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing, when I need a feature they have been happy to ensure that it gets worked in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope is solving several data governance, compliance, and DLP challenges. - Identifying sensitive data across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Slack. - Finding sensitive data stored in inappropriate locations - Detecting overly permissive access, external sharing, public links, and stale permissions. - Supporting compliance initiatives related to various certifications and standards through reporting and evidence collection. - Detecting secrets and credentials shared through collaboration tools and helping prevent future exposure. The benefit is improved visibility into risk, reduced compliance effort, better identification of customer and regulated data, and the ability to move toward automated remediation instead of manual investigations.

What do you like best about the product?

It is very intuitive platform, with a clean look, easy to integrate connectors and search for findings. This is such a good tool for Data analysis and remediation, Data Explorer and Entities are examples for datadetection and searching, additionally the policy creation feature is such a great place to start with remediation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes we need to share specific reports with teams that don't have access to the platform, so far, there are some features that don't have the capability to generate and retrieve cvs files, it would be nice to have this option.

Additionally, it would be a nice to have to create custom dashboards, for example, for specific data elements, users, domains, etc and see the progress in there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope support team has been doing amazing, they are always open to listen about queries, comments and solving any type of issue presented; Their expertise is huge.

Talking about the platform, this has been really useful for us for mapping and classifying data, with that we have been able to identify critical data and create a roadmap for data sharing and retention.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the visibility and automation features of teleskope.ai. It saves us a lot of time, and it's reassuring to know that candidate and employee data is protected. We now have better visibility and stronger governance around employee and recruiting data, while reducing the operational burden on both people operations and security teams. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to get up and running after just a few days.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial policy set up required some planning, especially when aligning retention and governance policies across different departments and systems. I'd love to see even more out of the box templates for HR and recruiting workflows over time.
