What do you like best about the product?

Besides the easy to use UI, I really do like that Teleskope is constantly doing data discovery. In an organization where there is data everywhere, having something that can automatically find it and help categorize it removes a very manual piece of my work. The ability to also identify VIPs/high trust users due to their role is helpful from an insider threat standpoint. It is also amazing that we can integrate it with Purview! Overall, I'm excited to see how we can continue to grow our DLP program with Teleskope

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I haven't been able to go and use it too deeply to give an informed opinion here. Our Teleskope implementation is a bit too immature at the moment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope is helping mature our DLP program, which is incredibly helpful to me since I am managing our DLP program and want to mature our insider threat program. Prior to Teleskope, we were only relying on Purview and Defender, which lacked AI that could build context around the actual content of a document, where it was being sent, etc.

What do you like best about the product?

The best aspect of Teleskope is its ability to provide centralized visibility into sensitive data across MS 365 and Slack, while also supporting automated remediation workflows. It helps identify where sensitive information exists, who has access to it, where data is overshared, and where compliance risks exist. The platform has also demonstrated real enforcement capabilities, such as detecting secrets shared in Slack and automatically redacting or quarantining content.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing, when I need a feature they have been happy to ensure that it gets worked in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope is solving several data governance, compliance, and DLP challenges. - Identifying sensitive data across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Slack. - Finding sensitive data stored in inappropriate locations - Detecting overly permissive access, external sharing, public links, and stale permissions. - Supporting compliance initiatives related to various certifications and standards through reporting and evidence collection. - Detecting secrets and credentials shared through collaboration tools and helping prevent future exposure. The benefit is improved visibility into risk, reduced compliance effort, better identification of customer and regulated data, and the ability to move toward automated remediation instead of manual investigations.

What do you like best about the product?

It is very intuitive platform, with a clean look, easy to integrate connectors and search for findings. This is such a good tool for Data analysis and remediation, Data Explorer and Entities are examples for datadetection and searching, additionally the policy creation feature is such a great place to start with remediation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes we need to share specific reports with teams that don't have access to the platform, so far, there are some features that don't have the capability to generate and retrieve cvs files, it would be nice to have this option.

Additionally, it would be a nice to have to create custom dashboards, for example, for specific data elements, users, domains, etc and see the progress in there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope support team has been doing amazing, they are always open to listen about queries, comments and solving any type of issue presented; Their expertise is huge.

Talking about the platform, this has been really useful for us for mapping and classifying data, with that we have been able to identify critical data and create a roadmap for data sharing and retention.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the visibility and automation features of teleskope.ai. It saves us a lot of time, and it's reassuring to know that candidate and employee data is protected. We now have better visibility and stronger governance around employee and recruiting data, while reducing the operational burden on both people operations and security teams. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to get up and running after just a few days.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial policy set up required some planning, especially when aligning retention and governance policies across different departments and systems. I'd love to see even more out of the box templates for HR and recruiting workflows over time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teleskope.ai gives us better visibility and automation, helping manage sensitive HR data while reducing operational burden and ensuring protection.

What do you like best about the product?

I loved how easy it was to deploy Teleskop.ai. The connections were intuitive and immediately began providing value for us. When I engaged with Teleskope, they were relatively new, but were more than willing to make fixes or changes to their product based on our feedback. This increased our usage significantly, and allowed us to classify and discover data in a multitude of applications.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was not much that I did not like about Teleskope. Anything that was a "negative" was quickly resolved by the engineering team and we were overall very happy with the tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Discovery sensitive data across the business, classifying it, and understanding the access to that data.
