What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprinto is how it turns the daunting work of compliance into a streamlined, automated workflow. Its real-time monitoring and smooth integrations with our existing tech stack (like AWS and GitHub) remove the need for manual evidence collection. The platform also lays out a clear, actionable roadmap, which takes the guesswork out of SOC 2/ISO 27001 readiness. On top of that, the customer support team is exceptional—they feel like true partners, helping us work through technical hurdles and making sure we’re audit-ready in a fraction of the usual time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike, as the platform is highly intuitive. If I had to pick something, the initial setup requires a bit of time to map every control perfectly, and the notification frequency can be high during the 'clean-up' phase. However, these are minor compared to the value provided

Sprinto automates the complex evidence collection and risk management needed for ISO 27001. It replaces manual spreadsheets with a centralized Risk Register and continuous monitoring, which helps us stay audit-ready throughout the year with minimal effort. As a result, our team can focus more on core product development instead of spending time on compliance paperwork.

Sprinto delivers strong value in simplifying compliance, but there is an opportunity to enhance flexibility and customization for more complex or evolving organizational needs. At times, deeper integrations and more granular control over workflows would further strengthen its effectiveness for scaling teams. Addressing these areas could elevate the platform from being highly efficient to truly best-in-class.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance process significantly more structured and less overwhelming. The platform automates a lot of evidence collection and continuously monitors controls, which saved us a lot of manual effort. The integrations with our existing tools were smooth, and the dashboard gave clear visibility into our compliance status at all times. Their customer success manager, Vivek, was also very responsive and helpful throughout the audit journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto simplifies compliance, there is still an initial learning curve in understanding how controls map to different frameworks. Some configurations and edge cases require manual intervention, especially for custom processes

Sprinto helped us streamline and accelerate our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification processes by automating evidence collection, control tracking, and audit readiness. This reduced the internal bandwidth required from our team and minimized back-and-forth during audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto significantly streamlined our ISO 27001 journey by making our ISMS far easier to implement and manage. While we had already begun the process, the resources available to us made it impractical to build and maintain our own system, so Sprinto’s structured approach and clear guidance were incredibly valuable. Rushdan’s implementation support was excellent. He worked at a pace that respected our team’s capacity while keeping us on track and his responses are consistently quick and practical.
With Sprinto’s support, we completed our first ISO 27001 certification audit without any issues and we feel confident that maintaining compliance going forward will be straightforward.

The UI does not allow you open hyperlinks in a new tab, which slows down some admin tasks.

Sprinto’s automated workflows and integration with our techstach make managing our ISMS simple and have helped embed compliance activities into our day-to-day operations.

The way SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, and HIPAA requirements are structured makes implementation fast and intuitive. Automated evidence collection is a standout feature, it significantly reduces manual effort and ensures audit readiness at all times.

So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues. The platform has been smooth and effective for our use cases. Any minor gaps are more around advanced customization, but nothing that impacts day-to-day usage.

Sprinto has everything organized, and makes compliance journeys very purposeful. The human involvement makes all the difference.

Some connectors occassionally malfunction.

We needed to organize our activities in a way we could create the necessary evidences for our ISO27001 compliance audit. Sprinto allowed us to have one platform that does a lot of the evidence gathering automatically.

I particularly like how automated evidence collection works in the background, it reduces the need for constant manual follow-ups across teams.

I haven’t faced any major challenges while using Sprinto. The platform is well-structured, and most of the compliance checks and issues are clearly defined, making them straightforward to resolve.
That said, like any evolving product, there is always scope for minor enhancements in terms of additional customization and reporting flexibility, but these have not impacted my overall experience in any meaningful way.
