Centralized Design with Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really find Beefree valuable for centralizing all our email and newsletter designs. It provides a centralized location for my team to design and review emails, making it easy to maintain consistency across our projects. I love the centralized asset library and the organized template library with subfolders; it really helps in keeping everything well-arranged. The custom rows and synced row functions are fantastic because they speed up the process of creating email campaigns. It's great that the changes made in one template are synced across all others without needing to open each one individually. The team collaboration feature and integration with Salesforce were major reasons for our switch from Mailchimp, and I found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could organize assets by selecting more than one at a time to move to a folder. I wish we could archive projects without deleting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beefree centralizes email design for my team with an organized asset and template library, ensuring consistency. The custom and synced rows speed up email campaigns by syncing changes across templates. The preview link allows me to get quick approval from stakeholders who are not on the design team.
User-Friendly and Seamless Email Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Beefree because it has so many templates and is user-friendly, making it very easy to use. It's convenient having everything sent straight to HubSpot, saving me the time and cost of designing custom emails in HTML or paying for templates. The initial setup was seamless and took less than five minutes, which is fantastic.

I really appreciate how easy the user interface of Beefree is. It's incredibly accessible and straightforward, especially for those who are not technically savvy or design professionals. This makes designing newsletters a task that even those without extensive technical or design backgrounds can handle with confidence. Furthermore, the initial setup of Beefree was smooth and easy, which made integrating it into my workflow a hassle-free experience. Overall, Beefree's user-friendly interface and simplicity are standout features that make it highly recommendable.

I dislike that Beefree does not interface with PhpList, which limits its integration capabilities with other tools I use.

I use Beefree for wysiwyg email design, benefiting from its easy user interface accessible to non-technical and non-design professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Beefree incredibly valuable for designing emails compatible with Gmail and Outlook. I love how easy and straightforward it is to build emails without needing to code, ensuring my designs work seamlessly across all platforms. The builder is particularly easy to use, which enhances my workflow significantly. I also appreciate the new checkers feature, which is a fantastic tool for ensuring my email's colors are correct and that images aren’t too heavy, maintaining a professional look while optimizing performance. The collaboration tools are another highlight, making team collaboration smoother and more efficient. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, and I enjoy the seamless integration when using it alongside other tools. These elements collectively make my experience with Beefree enjoyable and productive.

I dislike that sometimes the Beefree platform has glitches or bugs, which can lead to my designs not being saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Beefree easy for email design without coding, ensuring compatibility across platforms. Its builder, color and image checkers, and collaboration tools streamline the process.
Exceptionally Easy-to-Use Email Builder
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use vs the Pardot email builder, and vs others I've used in the past. It's very easy to start using and the integration to Pardot is seamless. We use it for all our emails , not just building templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have an AI agent build the template. The landing pages also lack any animation or movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Beefree, we would use our standard email templates and add in additional HTML. This did the job but could be time consuming. Beefree has made us much faster.
Beefree Makes Professional Email Flyers Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Beefree is honestly a game changer for me. I have to make a lot of professional email flyers, and this tool makes it so easy. You don’t have to do any coding, just drag and drop, and it creates clean, professional designs in minutes. You can preview everything in one click, and it has so many useful features like adding images, tables, social media icons, or even videos. I’ve tried some other tools, but nothing comes close to Beefree. And the best part, it even lets you host your images on their cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this tool for over 7 years, and I have not seen a huge issue in this tool, they have always worked on updates frequently, so there is nothing that i dislike much. Yes, only suggestion is to add more varieties of templates.

Beefree makes my work a lot easier. I often need to create email professional flyers, and Beefree helps me do that quickly without needing to code. It solves the problem of spending hours designing emails manually, with its drag and drop feature, I can make professional flyers in minutes. It also lets me host images on their cloud and export the design in HTML format, which is super convenient for sending to affiliates. Overall, it saves me time, keeps my emails looking clean and professional, and makes my job much smoother.

I use BeFree Pro regularly and overall it’s a great piece of software! It helps me get things done easily and has a lot of useful features. Like any app, it can be a bit glitchy at times, but it’s definitely reliable and worth using. I really like how convenient it is for everyday use.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Beefree is how incredibly easy it is to design professional-looking emails through its drag-and-drop editor. You don’t need any coding skills, yet you can quickly create visually appealing layouts that look great across devices. We especially appreciate the ability to export the final result as clean HTML code, which makes it very convenient to integrate the emails into our own sending tools and automation workflows. It really speeds up the whole content creation process and keeps our team independent from developers for email design. We use it every week for our newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we like the least is that access to the Beefree APIs requires a relatively expensive subscription plan. For teams like ours that would prefer to automatically retrieve the email content without any manual export or copy-paste step, the API access would be very useful — but it’s unfortunately locked behind a higher-tier plan. It would be great if this feature were available at a more accessible price point for smaller teams or companies with moderate usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beefree helps us simplify and speed up the entire email creation process. Before using it, designing newsletters or transactional emails required HTML knowledge and frequent involvement from our developers or designers. With Beefree, our marketing team can now create, edit, and adapt email templates on their own through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. The ability to export clean HTML code allows us to easily integrate the designs into our existing sending tools and automation systems. This has significantly reduced production time, improved collaboration between teams, and made our workflow much more efficient overall.
Easy Drag-and-Drop Builder, Needs Better Image Resizing Options
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly drag and drop options that are converted to HTML code for ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resizing of images within an email; it would be great if there were options to autosize images to match others by selection or row/column.
Also, I've noticed that the column break between images does not always appear once the HTML is processed.

HTML conversion for email. I've also used Beefree to build linkable PDFs - however, some links do not always transfer to the PDF download.
Effortless Responsive Design, Needs More Interactive Options
What do you like best about the product?
I love the drag and drop builder. The system creates responsive designs without user coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have more interactive options, like social media feeds and polls.

Our current CRM does not have a robust HTML email builder. BeeFree allows us to create dynamic, beautiful designs that are platform responsive and accessible.
