One of the most impressive features is its reliability and security. The encryption protocols ensure that data is transferred securely, which is essential when handling sensitive information. It’s highly customizable, allowing for seamless integration into our existing systems, and the ability to automate processes via scripting is a massive time-saver. The initial configuration can be a bit complex, especially for users who are not familiar with network setups or security protocols. While the documentation is comprehensive, some specific use cases could benefit from clearer examples. Occasionally, troubleshooting issues can take longer than expected.

We have been using Titan SFTP Server for several years and it has served all of our SFTP needs very well. It meets all of our requirements and has been running smoothly for years.

We have not had any issues with Titan SFTP Server.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Titan SFTP Server to send and receive files to almost 100 clients. It has worked flawlessly.

What do you like best about the product?

Reliability. For well over a decade, I have never seen an issue with Titan SFTP. I expect more of the same with NextGen. Backups are critical and there is no doubt Titan SFTP will collect and store them. As an admin, this is one area where there just is no risk or concern, it just works.

The only issues I can state is the risk to Titan SFTP and a shift to NextGen, which caused a new license type to be purchased.

Cisco only certifies three SFTP clients, Titan is one of them and it always works.

It is secured, fast and reliable to handle all our data transfer to all our end users.

So far, I don't find any issue using this tool.

There is nothing I dislike about the Titan SFTP Server.

All of the things that the Titan SFTP Server does is helping our customers. The secure transfer, automation and user authentication are solving the issues our customers face.

There is none. We've been using this for a long time and we never experienced major problem.

We are an MSP who uses Titan for dedicated FTP servers in client environments. Titan is easy to scale and has a low number of security vulnerabilities, meaning that it's low effort and low risk to implement. The team is responsive and it is easy to add additional licenses and align their renewal.
