What do you like best about the product?
I really like Arkose Labs for its great bot protection for our online banking. It's a great product because it effectively detects and prevents malicious traffic by challenging only the suspicious traffic, which helps keep our customers safe. I find the customer support wonderful, as it makes it easy to maintain and enhance our platform while keeping customers happy. Also, Arkose Labs performed better in terms of detecting malicious traffic correctly and challenging them compared to what we used before. The initial setup was relatively easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have a feature that can allow us to test Arkose Labs in non-prod environments. For example, force a challenge for certain IP or users or agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arkose Labs secures our online banking portal from bots, detecting and blocking malicious traffic with minimal friction for customers. It effectively challenges suspicious traffic, keeps our platform secure, and its reliable customer support enhances our experience.
Robust Bot Mitigation with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Arkose Labs to be a highly effective partner in protecting our digital channels from automated and bot-driven attacks, especially in our login flows. Their solution has significantly strengthened our bot mitigation capabilities across customer journeys, maintaining a strong balance between security and customer experience while reducing automated abuse, credential stuffing, and high-volume scripted attacks. I appreciate their adaptive nature of controls combined with real-time intelligence. I also value our working relationship through their ongoing engagement sessions weekly and quarterly QBRs. The team is consistently responsive, collaborative, and proactive, providing clear visibility into threat trends, control performance, and optimization opportunities to reduce friction while enabling a highly secure environment.

Effective Bot Mitigation with Low User Friction
What do you like best about the product?
Arkose Labs is excellent in offering high security and minimal friction user experience. Their challenge response system is dynamic and is much less invasive than the traditional CAPTCHAs, which is useful in shaping legitimate users through the system whilst preventing automated attacks. Dashboard and analytics are also truly helpful - it is not hard to see the attack patterns, comprehend the levels of risks, and explain the decisions to internal stakeholders. In addition, their customer care is interactive and active, thus rollout and tuning can become much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This can occasionally be time-consuming when it comes to some of the first tuning especially when you have complicated traffic patterns. The challenge sensitivity has to be fine-tuned a bit. After configuration, it is functional, although onboarding might be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arkose Labs assists in preventing automated attacks like bot-based sign-ups, credential stuffing, and fake accounts. Early abuse traffic filtering has resulted in a significant reduction in fraud attempts and a more pleasant experience among the legitimate users. This has minimized overhead in our operations and enhanced the security stance of our platform in general.
Amazing Experience with This Software
What do you like best about the product?
Security- this word is what arkose labs stands for. I think rather than just filtering risk, they challenges the tasks and suspicious behaviours to ensure the safety. It is almost impossible to crack by Scammers. Fraud insights and fraud hub dashboards give a very clear picture. They do constantly upgrade the challenge types which is not usual in other softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they have a profound mission but I dislike the heavy experience sometimes they give. Example- Frustration during multiple visual puzzles or challenges just to log in.
For the larger enterprise like Amazon, this is definitely a good experience but the opaque pricing and customisation can be more better

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly automated fraud and abuse detection and prevention. Also challenges are quite difficult for an AI to crack and quite simple for a genuine human being. Rather than normal captcha, this helps preventing the attackers breaking through. I also liked the overall UI experience it gives to consumers. May be it can be made more user friendly

There may not be much to say about them, but nothing is ever truly perfect. Everything changes and eventually finds a way to adapt and return.

what i like more about this software helps us to protect our data from different and dangerous types of attacks it prevents phishing attacks which is one of the most common attacks which has to face by every organization once in a while and this is solved by Arkose labs their AI powered platform minimize the risk factor to the organization, also it is very ease to implement and if we get some problem their customer support also very responsive at the same time

it really helps to detect phishing attacks in our organization as a finance base company our organizations has a very high level of risk while sending any data to anyone or if by mistake any person organization click on something which they should not that increase the security threats with this we are able to minimize those threats in our organization

Additionally, while the visual challenges are user-friendly, occasional false positives with legitimate users could be reduced further, especially for mobile traffic. A more transparent pricing model would also be helpful for planning scalability.
