What do you like best about the product?

Arkose labs have saved us from a host of advanced modern bot and spam/scam attacks while limiting the friction on real users.

We get a lot of spam attacks on our network and classic recaptcha was not providing any deterrence to the abusers.
The Arkose challenges and the way Arkose adapts to abuse that is getting through has really helped us block a lot of large attacks.

The quick communication and support via Slack has been a highlight and the way our API submissions of bad actors flows into the dash + support has been great.

Their portal is easy to use and makes it easy to see how the solutions are performing.
The reporting has made identifying trends and sanity checking the traffic really easy.

The solution itself is more expensive than competitors, but you get a lot out of it.
We have found that you do get a lot for the money.
It's like having a whole in-house team for evaluating and tuning the performance and results.

In a time where bad actors accessing your platform feels like an arms-race, Arkose is doing a good job of winning that for us at the moment.

What do you dislike about the product?

As mentioned before it's not a cheap solution.
The usage-based approach is a bit of a limiter on how wide we can implement it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us to deter large bot/scam/spam attacks on our network.
Also to help identify reinstallers / unique users with their arkose_id solution.

Keeping our network clean of bots and scammers improves the user experience and retention for the rest of our users.

It helps protect our brand and our proposition value.

What do you like best about the product?

I think Arkose Labs has a very clever system for deterring users. The puzzles get gradually harder depending on the type of traffic it's analyzing, which acts as a real financial deterrent. I also appreciate that the user interface and the tool itself are super easy to use. The team is very receptive and constantly provides proactive feedback, making the journey as easy as they can for us. They do as much of the heavy lifting as possible, which makes our process really just a walk in the park.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find some of the rules a little difficult to understand. It can be challenging to grasp what they actually mean because there are a lot of them. But that's probably about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Arkose Labs to secure our dating apps by categorizing traffic risk levels and applying friction to deter bad actors, protecting our registrations and preventing disruptions.

What do you like best about the product?

Arkose Bot Protection has significantly reduced credential stuffing and automated bot attacks on our platform. Their team is also quick to respond whenever rule updates or implementation adjustments are needed, which has made ongoing maintenance much smoother. The portal is also constantly updated with new features which are very useful to us.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t much to dislike about the platform. However, it would be very helpful if we could manage our own lists so we can force a challenge based on IP or other attributes. Right now, we can whitelist, but the option to force a challenge would be greatly appreciated. Having this capability would let us handle it ourselves instead of having to open a ticket with the SOC team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arkose is solving bot protection on our platform and this has greatly reduced our bot attacks and credential compromise events.

Whenever I notice any suspicious behavior and report it, Arkose respond quickly, investigate right away, and take the appropriate action.

Regarding the contract part, sometimes the response is very slow.

When we faced inventory fraud in our services, it led to lost opportunity costs and reduced operating profit. By introducing Arkose, we expect these issues to be resolved.

I like how good the quality of Arkose Labs is. They do a really good job of managing to protect us from attacks while allowing legitimate users to come through, which I know is a hard problem to solve. The invisible detection feature is really good; it does all the fingerprinting and analysis of the device so our legitimate users basically don't have any extra friction in their login. Overall, it's quite good, the features are very good, and it’s been able to integrate very well into our stack. The initial setup was very easy.

The puzzles are very hard sometimes.

I use Arkose Labs to protect against malicious users and attacks, stopping spammy logins. It excels at blocking attacks while allowing legitimate users through without friction. The invisible detection feature efficiently handles device analysis.

The platform is always stable, scalable, and is a recognized tool. I chose Arkose Labs as one of the best tools for healthcare applications. In day-to-day use, Arkose is an AI-powered platform that detects fraud evidence for third-party users or unrecognized users if they attempt access. I also use Arkose Device ID, which provides persistent device recognition that tracks fraudsters across multiple accounts, even when device attributes change.

One example of Arkose's capabilities is its focus option, which prevents account takeover, fake account creations, payment fraud, and bot-driven abuse. In my healthcare work, Arkose helps me prevent fake patient accounts or unauthorized access to electronic health records through patient portal security. Another example is medical billing, where Arkose detects fraudulent claims or repeated attempts to exploit billing systems.

Fraud deterrence economics is another most-used option that makes fraud costly and unprofitable. This feature allows me to identify fraud and understand what elements make fraudulent activity costly and unprofitable.

Cloud native scalability is another important feature that handles millions of transactions daily from different users who interact with the system. Arkose Labs detects this exceptionally well.

Arkose can be improved in several ways. Integration complexity requires alignment with healthcare IT systems, which is an area where Arkose is currently lagging. There is a need to balance security versus patient experience, as overly strict controls frustrate legitimate users who want to access the patient portal without excessive restrictions.

Evolving threats present another challenge. Every day, fraudsters use generative AI to mimic human behavior, which requires Arkose to continually improve its threat detection. Since Arkose handles different systems that need to be controlled over time, there should be regular audits to determine which features need adjustment. Cost-wise, the platform requires improvement, as there is significant cost involved and considerable manual intervention needed, which should be brought into the AI automation.

On an everyday basis, patient login verification sometimes experiences delays when internet issues occur, causing patients to wait long in queue. Insurance claims validation does not always happen easily due to application environment downtime. These operational improvements need to be addressed in Arkose Labs systems.

Arkose is stable. The platform handles versatile requirements, making it a stable tool recognized by Forrester as a strong performer, especially in agent trust management. Arkose supports large healthcare networks and demonstrates strong stability and sustainability.

Customer service is good.

Previously, we were using BioCatch, which handles behavior biometrics and was specialized in financial fraud detection. However, BioCatch was not capable of meeting all of our requirements. We changed to Arkose Labs, which performs very well, especially in handling all of these fraud prevention requirements.

Arkose has helped us achieve several benefits. The platform has reduced fraud costs and saved millions annually. Metrics show that our organization has benefited from reduced fraudulent billing and account creation, saving millions each year on average. The accuracy and reliability of the output is genuine as it handles sensitive patient information and third-party information. When reports are generated for patients undergoing different surgeries, procedures, or scans, those reports are maintained sensitively in a well-monitored SharePoint where only the particular user can access. Only valid users such as doctors and laboratory technicians can handle these reports. Security-wise and governance-wise, the platform is very good because it does not allow third-party or different persons to access patient information. Arkose's governance and security capabilities in AI are very capable and sustainable, providing increased stability across all use cases and users daily.

Earlier, fraud management used to cost us around 15 million dollars per annum. After using Arkose Labs for fraud control, it helped us save around 9 million dollars. The cost is now 6 million dollars annually. Arkose Labs saved 9 million dollars per year.

The platform handles very strong sensitive patient information with no data leakage toward patients, keeping information protected within the system and only providing access to valid users rather than third-party vendors. Constant management also takes place in Arkose Labs, aligning with healthcare governance framework systems without allowing third-party or improper detection users to access information.

Auditability is another strength where logs are always maintained with fraud attempts being reviewed for compliance reporting. Security and governance-wise, Arkose Labs is very good compared to other tools.

Arkose operates on a hybrid cloud deployment model, and we use AWS cloud infrastructure. We purchased Arkose from the AWS marketplace. Licensing at Arkose is organization-level rather than individual-level. While I am more focused on the technical aspects and the finance team handles cost details, the licensing is valid and sophisticated users can access the projects and different options in Arkose Labs. Only valid users who have a license can access the platform.

I have a money-saved example where Arkose Labs saved our organization millions. Earlier, fraud costs were 15 million dollars, but after implementing Arkose Labs, costs came down to 6 million dollars, resulting in 9 million dollars in annual savings.

The integration with the login worked very well and reduced considerably the unauthorised account access we had at times.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the value a bit high for the product we currently use. The product is basically to prevent non-human login / registration. The cost would make more sense with additional services, such as flag of potential fraud.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned on a previous question, The integration with Login and registration was able to stop unauthorised access to accounts based on attempts made by bots.

I like the flexibility Arkose Labs offers to add in our own rules and make UI and UX changes that help reduce friction for good customers and add friction for bad customers. I also appreciate the relationship with the Arkose Labs team and their ability to solve any problems we need help with.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to see more features that focus on adaptability to 1.) catch people that throughout the flow versus at just one point up front and 2.) predict future trends that may come up that we're not expecting right now.
