What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it was to implement and how easy it is to use. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I gave it an absolutely a 10 when recommending All in One Accessibility to a friend or colleague.

What do you dislike about the product?

The location on the screen doesn't have as many options as I would like. And I would love to be able to customize it on different pages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a solution for our over 2000 advisors to use, that wouldn't impede their systems at their workplaces across the US. It is working very well.

There isn't much to dislike, but I think there is room for improvement in the customization options for the accessibility widget's appearance. Having more flexibility to match different brand identities and more detailed analytics on how visitors use the accessibility features would make the product even better.

There is not a lot of downside; the platform itself is self-explanatory and easy to install. If you need ADA compliance and accessibility for your website, this is an easy answer with little effort.

ADA compliance on websites is a very important aspect of the user experience, it means that all our visitors can experience the site as they should. This platform makes it easy to incorporate compliance and be in line with regulations for all users.

We don't really have any complaints. It was a simple set up and although the price was a little steep, the yearly option seemed like a decent deal.

I like that All in One Accessibility is really easy to implement, especially when compared to a previous WP extension we tried to migrate into Hubspot CMS. I was able to set it up and customize it in under 10 minutes, which is crucial for a small marketing team. I also appreciate how it helps us comply with state laws and shows our commitment to accessibility for our customers.

The icon is a bit large and can impact some design of footers.

There was no way to preview it on my website without entering my information such as email and phone number. It would be nice to be able to quickly preview the widget for on my site before entering my info.

Since so far I havent faced any issue nither my end user so nothing to dislike.

The widget makes it easy for users to modify their own experience (contrast, font size, spacing, etc.), and the setup/installation process is relatively straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tool doesn’t remediate core accessibility issues in the markup (ARIA roles, semantic structure, color contrast on images, keyboard traps, form labels, etc.). Because those issues remain in the theme code, the overlay can only compensate so much. Full compliance still requires development effort and QA.

It accelerates accessibility progress without derailing project timelines, and signals to customers and regulators that accessibility is being taken seriously.

I love that the All in One Accessibility widget is recognized as highly rated in the Wix Studio marketplace, specifically praised for its ADA 2.1 and 2.2 compliance. It stands out as the best vendor for providing an optimal solution at an excellent price point, supported by the best ratings. The setup process is impressively straightforward, taking no more than fifteen to twenty minutes to have it fully operational, which makes a significant difference in getting started quickly. The ease of use and customizable settings of the widget are crucial, allowing for branding adjustments and size customization to best suit each client's needs. I appreciate that it empowers us to confidently offer potent accessibility solutions to our clients while ensuring digital web ADA compliance, providing a good digital experience that we can incorporate seamlessly into the websites we design. The consistency and reliability of the product lead us to continue purchasing it, reaffirming our commitment to delivering quality experiences to our clients.
