Exceptional Support and Flawless Performance
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support by Hevo is top notch. I like how smoothly it has been running without errors!The documentation was also easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far *knocks on wood*. Keep up the good work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a hard time ingesting data from our sources to our datawarehouse. Our data team is a one-man show so customer support in cases of downtime was crucial. With Hevo, we are now able to migrate to a modern business intelligence tool and able to provide answers to questions that we could have not done earlier.
Easy Setup, Exceptional Support, Minor API Notification Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Hevo Data's great customer service and easy interface. People get back to you super fast, and tickets are resolved quickly, which is a big plus for me. The customer support team is also a great help with research because they know the documentation of all APIs really well. The initial setup was easy, which made the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes API changes remain unnoticed. A pipeline breaks, but I don't get the correct notification. When Meta changes their API or retires some values, they should inform me via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo Data simplifies ETL pipeline writing and managing changing APIs. It helps me ingest marketing data from social media into BigQuery.
Streamlines Data Integration Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of scheduling data models and the creation of pipelines. I also like the integrations available with multiple data sources. Hevo Data helps me create visualizations of data coming from multiple sources and shows a consolidated view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error RCAs could be easier for SQL queries and the setup was moderately difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo Data helps me create visualizations from multiple data sources, showing a consolidated view. I like the ease of scheduling data models, creating pipelines, and the available integrations with multiple data sources.
Accurate in data transferring as well maintained and timely updates helps to incorporate new things.

Sometimes it takes a very long time to resolve cases like in 1%

Timely data transfer from production helps to keep an close eye on business and reducing cost.
Effortless Pipeline Setup and Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is it cost-effective, but once you become familiar with it, setting up pipelines is incredibly straightforward. Whether you're working with SFTP, Snowflake, Webhook, Facebook, or other sources, the process is smooth and easy to manage. The integration capabilities are excellent. Customer support is outstanding—I have never had a ticket go unresolved, and every issue has been addressed within a very reasonable timeframe. I use Hevo at least once a week. However, now that most of our pipelines are already set up, I mainly use it for occasional checks or when I need to create new pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time I can't really say I have issues with Hevo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, our integration tool was quite expensive. Hevo provided us with a solution that satisfied upper management. Setting up the pipelines we required took about two weeks, and believe me, we deal with a significant amount of big data. The tool helped us save both time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of connectors are more than enough for the all available data sources. It is very easy to use even a non tech person can use it without putting much effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Event based pricing for large data volume is bit expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are team of 10~20 tech and non tech employees and we fetch data from multiple structured and non structured data sources and after data cleaning process, we store data to datalake for future model training. Hevo data helps here very well and non tech person with small salary can do a same job that requires sometimes a highly paid data engineer
A very affordable option for cross platform ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to use the app. They have a lot of connectors ranging from databases, warehouse and APIs. It was easy to get started with Hevo. Customer support was quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more transparency between user and pipeline status. Plus, they should give an option where we could see in detail the changes a user made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely heavily on APIs from Meta ads and Shopify. Hevo has built in connectors for them. We also keep our databases and warehouses in sync via Hevo.

Hevo Data makes setting up and maintaining data pipelines extremely simple. The no-code interface, wide range of connectors, and automated schema mapping reduce the effort of integrating multiple data sources into a central warehouse. Its real-time replication capability ensures that analytics teams always have fresh data available without complex engineering setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is highly efficient, the pricing can feel slightly steep for smaller teams scaling up their data operations. Advanced transformation options are powerful but could benefit from more flexibility for highly customized logic. In some cases, documentation could go deeper for complex use cases.

Hevo Data is helping us streamline data replication from multiple sources into a centralized warehouse without the need for complex engineering. Earlier, managing ETL pipelines required significant developer time for maintenance and troubleshooting. With Hevo, we’ve reduced downtime, eliminated manual errors, and ensured that business teams always have up-to-date data for analytics and decision-making. This has directly improved reporting accuracy, faster insights, and better resource allocation.
