What do you like best about the product?
I use Iron Fort for SOC 2 compliance. What I like most about Iron Fort is how easy and efficient it is. It uses AI to help improve our company security, which I find really valuable. The initial setup of Iron Fort was too simple, making it easy to get started quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is the combination of automation and expert guidance. Iron Fort automates many of the time-consuming aspects of compliance, such as evidence collection, progress tracking, and control monitoring, which significantly reduces manual effort for our team. At the same time, the platform provides access to experienced compliance partners who can guide us through policy development, remediation activities, and audit preparation. This balance between powerful automation and human expertise made the entire compliance process more efficient, less overwhelming, and much easier to manage, especially for a growing organization navigating SOC 2 for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a first-time SOC 2 customer, there was an initial learning curve in understanding compliance terminology and requirements. However, the onboarding resources and support team helped us get up to speed quickly
