Its real-time visualization of complex cloud architecture through interactive diagrams, which makes infrastructure much easier to understand, plus strong cost optimization insights that help identify and terminate unused resources to cut cloud spend. Users also highlight the intuitive interface and how it consolidates monitoring and troubleshooting into one centralized view instead of switching between multiple tools

What do you dislike about the product?

The most consistent complaint is a steep learning curve — many users note the platform feels complex, especially during initial setup and onboarding for new users. Some also find the interface cluttered, with so much on screen that it's hard to quickly locate what they need. Initial setup and configuration can take time, especially in larger environments, and more customization options for reporting and alerts would strengthen the platform.

It mainly solves the problem of visibility into complex, multi-cloud environments — it provides a centralized view of cloud resources and their relationships, which simplifies monitoring and troubleshooting, reduces the time needed to identify issues, and improves operational efficiency. It also unifies management across different cloud platforms and Kubernetes clusters in a single interface, so teams aren't jumping between multiple consoles to understand what's going on.
Beyond visibility, it helps with cost control — its cost optimization insights help identify and terminate unused resources, contributing to cloud cost savings — and with security/compliance, since it runs real-time scanning and automated compliance monitoring to surface misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and excessive IAM access

What do you like best about the product?

Intuitive UI, useful integrations, and reliable performance, along with smooth onboarding and responsive support. It also offers good ROI.

What do you dislike about the product?

The interface can feel slightly crowded when managing large or complex environments, and some advanced features come with a learning curve. The initial setup may also take time, especially when connecting multiple cloud accounts and resources. More dashboard customisation and clearer navigation would improve the overall user experience.

I like Hyperglance for its real-time visualization of AWS infrastructure within a single interaction dashboard. The user interface is very clean and simple, making it friendly for new users. I appreciate the strong filtering and drill-down capabilities, which are beneficial for deep analysis. It’s great for both operations and security teams, helping to reduce troubleshooting time by identifying misconfigurations and resource relationships. Hyperglance provides a centralized solution with a visual view of the entire infrastructure, solving the problem of fragmented data presentation in native AWS monitoring tools. The setup was pretty easy, especially for a new organization or startup.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel Hyperglance has limited integration outside AWS compared to some competitors, and the pricing can be very high. The customization options could be improved since I feel they're not that advanced. Also, configuring permissions and ensuring full visibility required some initial effort.

I really like how it automatically creates detailed architecture diagrams of our entire cloud setup across AWS and Azure without us having to map things out manually. It makes tracking down orphaned resources or security misconfigurations so much easier because you can actually see how everything connects visually instead of digging through endless console menus. The rule engine for compliance checks is also super useful for keeping our environments clean

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial setup and configuring all the iam roles across our accounts was pretty tedious to get working. Also the UI can feel super overwhelming at first with a steep learning curve when you try customizing reports or filtering huge network maps. its definitely a bit laggy when rendering massive datasets too

Mainly it solves the headache of having zero visibility across our multi-cloud setup between AWS and Azure. Before Hyperglance we kept wasting money on idle disk volumes, unattached IPs and random orphaned resources that nobody noticed, it gives us a clear visual topology map of how everything connects and the automated rule engine catches security gaps fast. It saved us a ton of time on manual audits and helped us cut down our monthly aws spend by catching wasted resources early

It automatically builds live, interactive diagrams of our Azure multi-cloud environment, and it helps with automation as well.

It isn’t suitable for small environments. It’s self-hosted and agentless, which may not be the right fit depending on what you need.

What do you like best about the product?

It connects to our cloud accounts and automatically generates interactive and real-time diagram of entire network topology and it continuously scans the network environment to find misconfigurations and complied violence also it helps us to identify idle, unused and over provisioned cloud resources to cut down unnecessary spending. Also when it finds the misconfigurations or compliance violence it auto creates incidents through automated workflows with integrations like microsoft teams and slack

What do you dislike about the product?

This product has a steep learning curve with much technical user interface. Like configuring entire complex network appliances, enforcing strict waf rule and initial deployment feels heavy. The dashboard displays a massive amount of data, mastering complex navigation and heavy filtering systems takes significant amount of time.

It has proven to us as an incredibly powerful asset for transforming cloud visibility, cost optimization and security posture management. These core strength of this product lies in it’s ability to map entire network topology and continuously scans for compliance gaps also it has well structured knowledge base and efficient support ticketing system.

The platform is feature-rich, so it can take some time for new users to become familiar with all its capabilities. More guided tutorials and onboarding resources would be helpful

This allows our team to manage the environment more effectively and respond to problems faster

What do you like best about the product?

The topology maps are the standout feature. Being able to see our entire infrastructure laid out visually just hits different compared to constantly jumping between consoles. The UI takes some getting used to, and in larger environments it can feel a bit cluttered. Integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP work well out of the box, and the Slack alerts are useful too. Performance does lag occasionally under heavy load. Pricing is on the higher side, but the ROI showed up faster than I expected once we started catching waste. Support has been solid overall, though the onboarding docs could be more beginner-friendly. The rules engine also quietly flags things you’d genuinely miss, which is really useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Setup was a proper headache getting iam permissions right across all our accounts took way longer than it should have. The UI gets overwhelming fast in larger environments, some of my team just defaulted back to native consoles out of habit for weeks. Performance drags a bit when you're filtering through a lot of resources. Pricing is hard to justify upfront before you have results to show leadership. Onboarding docs are decent but assume too much prior knowledge for newer users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue for us was visibility. We genuinely had no clean way to see our full infrastructure across AWS and Azure without bouncing between four different consoles, and Hyperglance just puts it all in one place. We’ve caught orphaned resources and misconfigurations we didn’t even know existed. Onboarding new engineers has gotten noticeably faster, too. Cost management also became an actual conversation instead of a guessing game—leadership can now see where the money’s going without needing a 30-minute explanation every time.

One downside is that the topology maps can get too complex sometimes to set up.
