What do you like best about the product?

Reliable over the many years I've used LastPass. Relatively simple to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Can't think of any feature or handling to dislike

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclusive passwords for every application keeps me more secure.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like LastPass's autofill feature. It's great that it works on many platforms and most webpages. It also generates passwords for me, which is awesome. I appreciate that I can use LastPass on my computer, iPhone, and it would work on an Android if I had one. Plus, I can use it on my work computer, and it integrates well with Firefox and Chrome. The initial setup was easy too. I just logged in and started using it, as it asked if I wanted to fill passwords when I used them.

What do you dislike about the product?

The address fill and remember feature on LastPass can be frustrating. It often tries to fill in or remember addresses that aren't mine while I'm just typing. Plus, whenever there's a user-fillable box on a webpage, it tries to autofill, and the dropdown menu gets in the way. It's a bit irritating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

LastPass solves the problem of managing and remembering unique passwords for different sites with multiple usernames, and securely stores my passwords, card, and ID numbers.

What do you like best about the product?

Seamless connection between platforms, added options for passkeys when available, mobile app is easy and clear.

What do you dislike about the product?

Gets cluttered. There needs to be better tools for discarding old passwords and unused apps. Better mobile experience in setting up new passwords — I sometimes have to cut and paste new passwords, vs app auto-filling when I set up a new account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use far better security than with any other password program, and am better protected than I would be is I were not using a password system. Even with the past breach, I feel protected from hacking.

Generating complex passwords and sharing with the family

What do you dislike about the product?

The only dislike is that we still can't enter credit card info on forms from LastPass app on Android. It works on web browser though

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Generating and securely remembering complex passwords for each login we have AND being able to securely share those with my partner

What do you like best about the product?

User experience is fantastic. Very convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like them to support two phone numbers for MFA.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping highly secure passwords readily available across multiple interfaces is effortless.

What do you like best about the product?

The best pw manager is the one you'll actually use. Full integration (even with CLI) means it's active no matter what workflow I'm in.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some mobile apps behave differently with LastPass resulting in an inconsistent experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automated audit of my password hygiene proactively flagged vulnerabilities that existed before I onboarded LP. Now I feel confident that every password is unique and strong.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I have an easy way to store my passwords that is still easily accessible and secure.

What do you dislike about the product?

The cost is my least favorite part of LastPass.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

So many people I know are either forgetting their passwords or losing them because they have them written down in insecure places. I don't have that with LastPass.

Security is important to me, and I also really value the integration with browsers and my phone.

What do you dislike about the product?

App passwords don’t always work reliably, and I often end up having to copy them manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The functionality and reliability are improving.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like LastPass because it works really well, except for occasional hang-ups with auto fill. I appreciate having it on my phone, tablet, and computers, which makes me really pleased with it overall. It makes it easy to sign in to any site by remembering passwords I wouldn't ordinarily remember. I like that I can keep LastPass on every device and it's there for me whenever I need a password. Most of the time, it auto fills or I can use face recognition, and it works great. I really like the convenience because it always has the password I need, which simplifies things since there's no way I could remember all my passwords. The initial setup was pretty easy with the tutorial providing most information needed for regular use. I'd definitely recommend it, probably a nine out of ten, to almost anybody.

What do you dislike about the product?

The auto fill feature is probably the only thing that I can think of that needs to work every time, and it doesn't work every time for some reason. I don't know why, but I just look it up and see what the password is, and then I type it in manually.

LastPass makes it easy to sign in to any site by remembering passwords I wouldn't ordinarily remember. It's convenient because I can keep it on every device, and it provides passwords whenever I need them.

What do you like best about the product?

This is very easy to use. It works across all of my devices and pairs with everything very easily. I think the amount charge is reasonable for the product provided

What do you dislike about the product?

I find it difficult to get rid of the auto-populate feature when I don’t want to use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This keeps my passwords safe across the many sites I use, especially since they require longer, more complicated passwords that are harder to remember.
