User-Friendly and Highly Customizable—A Smooth Experience So Far
What do you like best about the product?
LP is very user-friendly and highly customizable to the way I use my personal devices. So far, I haven’t had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used other similar products, I’ve only had minor notification or spam emails. That isn’t really the application itself, but more the business side, and it’s something I can opt out of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I work in technology, I have 40+ passwords across different systems, on top of my personal accounts. This has made my everyday work and personal life much easier to manage. The added peace of mind around security helps as well.

Effortless Password Management, Seamless User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass is pretty intuitive, and it's an add-on to Chrome, which we primarily use. It's easy to add users and to change permissions for users. This makes password management effortless, which is exactly what I want. The ability to manage passwords and permissions easily is very valuable, allowing for quick changes in access, especially when offboarding staff or when someone needs immediate access. The software is very easy to use for staff, and I think it saves our tech operations a great deal of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, in terms of, like, two-step verification and backup codes, we may not be utilizing it the best way possible, but there's some work around that that would be helpful. Also, one thing to help improve on the app, it would be great if there's autofill on the phone app, which there's not. So that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass for password management across my nonprofit. It ensures unique, safe passwords for all sites, allows us to share them securely, and manage access quickly based on job roles. It's intuitive, cuts off ex-staff access immediately, and saves our tech team a significant amount of time.

Users that cannot remember passwords, it is a lifesaver. I work with a lot of older people, and it makes support so much easier for me.
Lastpass Makes Daily Password Management Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me about Lastpass is the overall ease of use and how smoothly it fits into daily browsing. The ease of implementation is impressive because setting it up on my browser and mobile device took very little time. It offers a strong number of features such as password generation, secure vault storage, autofill and security alerts. I also appreciate the responsive customer support when help is needed. Because I log into many platforms every day the frequency of use is very high and the ease of integration with different browsers and applications makes managing credentials simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that some useful capabilities are restricted to the paid version which can feel limiting for users who rely on the free plan. Occasionally the extension may take a moment to sync passwords acorss devices which can slow things down slightly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lastpass addresses the challenge of securely managing many passwords across different websites and services. Instead of remembering dozens of credentials or using weak passwords I can store everything safely in one encrypted vault. This not only improves my online security but also save time and reduces the frustration of password resets.
LastPass Makes Password Management Effortless Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes credential management simple and consistent across all my devices. The vault is easy to organize, and generating strong passwords takes almost no effort. Shared folders also make it straightforward to give others access without exposing sensitive information. Overall, it removes a lot of friction from daily authentication tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension can occasionally feel a bit slow to load on first launch, and some advanced settings are buried deeper in the interface than they need to be. The mobile app works well but switching between personal and shared items could be smoother. None of these are deal‑breakers, but they’re areas where the experience could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass centralizes all my credentials, so I don’t have to remember or manually track anything. It ensures every account uses a strong, unique password, which significantly improves security. It also saves time by autofilling logins across browsers and devices, and it reduces risk by securely sharing credentials with colleagues when needed. It’s become a core part of maintaining a secure, efficient workflow.
LastPass Makes Passwords and Passkeys Effortless Across All My Devices
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is one of the password managers that I use on a daily basis. The issue I struggled with was finding a password manager that worked everywhere I needed it to. Most of the platforms I found fell short, but one day I stumbled upon LastPass, and it completely changed the way I save, store, use, share, and manage all of the crucial login credentials I have to use multiple times on a daily basis. LastPass is installed on my phone, on my home computer, on my work computer, and on a tablet. Everywhere I go, LastPass does too. I love that they also store passkeys for accounts, which makes logging in so much more secure, but with LastPass, using a passkey is no longer a drawn-out process that takes a ton of time to get dialed in every time you want to use it. You can set up LastPass to complete an auto-login process for you, so when you get to a website you want to log into, LastPass takes over and gets you into your account before you even realize it. The platform is secure. It reminds me every time I have a reused or weak password. Clicking on one of the providers in your vault takes you straight to the login page, without the need to type anything in. Getting everything set up on my computer and all of my accounts was incredibly easy. Getting all of my accounts signed in and passwords or other sensitive data stored on the platform made integration a really intuitive process. Finally, LastPass is fairly inexpensive for what it does. I joined when LastPass was free, and I wish you could still use it in multiple locations while still being free, but I don't mind paying for quality software, and I definitely feel LastPass fits in this category.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish LastPass had remained free, like it was in previous years, but I can understand why they needed to charge for the service, and I don't mind paying for it. There are definitely some known bugs that have existed for years that have yet to be fixed, but every major software product I can think of has these. One thing I wish would work a little better is staying logged into a computer or device I use frequently. One of the bugs I mentioned makes it so that, occasionally, I have to log into the browser extension every day until I get things back to normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass helps me by allowing me to have extremely complex passwords or other login credentials without the need to remember them. They keep my data safe and locked in a vault that I can access from anywhere I need.
Lastpass Makes Password Management Effortless Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most to me about Lastpass is the ease of use combined with the depth in its number of features. Even with so many tools available nothing feels overwhelming. The ease of implementation was smooth I simply installed the extension, logged in and everything started working almost instantly. I also value the ease of integration across browsers and mobile devices which makes switching between work and personal devices effortless. The frequency of use for me is daily sometimes multiple times a day and it consistently saves time. On top of that customer support has been reliable whenever I needed clarification or help with account settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I m not a big fan of is the occasional lag when the vault loads on slower connections. There are also moments when the browser extension needs to be refreshed to work properly. Additionally some setting and buried in menus which can make advanced customisation slightly harder to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app solves the stress of managing dozens of passwords securely. Before using it I relied on memory and insecure notes which was risky and inconvenient. Now I can generate complex passwords and store them safely reducing the risk of hacking while improving my productivity. It also gives me peace of mind knowing my sensitive information is protected in one secure place.
