What do you like best about the product?

I use LastPass for storing passwords and sensitive data securely across devices. I really appreciate the auto-fill for passwords and credit card info, which makes things so convenient. The cross-device synchronization is another feature I enjoy, allowing me to set a secure password on my computer and use it on my phone without hassle. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy. LastPass offers a cleaner experience compared to similar products I've used before.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the auto fill bubble can get in the way on mobile, and frequently on mobile, websites have to be refreshed in order to fill the password after authentication, which occasionally causes problems. It would be amazing if I could have the auto fill option after fingerprint authentication without having to refresh the page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to worry about remembering passwords, and setting passwords on one device syncs across all my devices. Autofill for passwords and credit card info saves time, and cross-device synchronization simplifies using complex passwords.

What do you like best about the product?

I use LastPass for everything, storing all my passwords, credit card details, social security info, and government IDs securely. I love how it automatically logs into sites and fills in passwords for me without any hassle. I like tagging and organizing sites into different folders, which makes them easier to find and activate. Knowing that I have all my private information at my fingertips in a secure place is reassuring. The automatic login feature is a time-saver, and being able to keep unique passwords for every site adds a layer of security.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes when I change a password, LastPass doesn't always ask if I want to update it. It's a bit of a problem, but not a disaster. It's nothing that would keep me from using LastPass.

I use LastPass for secure storage of sensitive information and unique passwords for different sites, saving time with automatic logins and easy management with folder tagging.

What do you like best about the product?

I use it every day. It keeps track of all my passwords, notes on items I need to share with my team, and our team’s credit cards. The sharing feature is the best part for me, and it also offers a lot of flexibility around SSO and policies.

What do you dislike about the product?

If the Single Sign-On federation gets messed up, it can be a bit of a pain to reconnect. There are steps to fix it, but I tend to see the most problems when someone’s email address changes (for example, after a name change), since we connect through SSO.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to keep track of, and secure, all my many passwords and passkeys. I can log in on multiple computers and have my passwords available no matter which browser I’m using, along with my credit card details. Best of all, I can easily share information with our team.

It works. I have used it personally and professionally for years now. It was originally recommended by Steve Gibson on SecurityNow podcast.

What do you dislike about the product?

The browser plugin can be excruciatingly slow when I open my browser.

Give me a way to keep work passwords safe at the same time making sure that other people have access to them should they lose access to me.

We’ve been using LP for a few years now and haven’t had any problems. Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a single sign-in for a website we all use, we no longer have to distribute updated login details every time the password changes. Instead, we just update it in LP.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best is having all our carrier and portal logins organized in one place. Working in an insurance agency, I use these accounts daily, and LastPass is much more convenient than the physical notebook I used before. I can also attach notes like our agency or producer number to each login, so the information I need is right there. Shared logins are especially helpful for carriers that give our whole agency one account, I can update the password in LastPass and keep everyone working from the same credentials.

What do you dislike about the product?

My biggest frustration is that, as far as I know, LastPass doesn’t integrate directly with our Agency Management System. Our AMS has its own credential manager, so we have to maintain some of the same logins in both places. That means duplicate entries and extra upkeep when passwords change. A direct integration that kept those credentials in sync would make our workflow much easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

LastPass helps me manage the large number of carrier and portal accounts I use daily at our insurance agency. Before using it, I kept passwords in a physical notebook and used similar passwords across many sites. Now I use the generator to create unique, random passwords without having to remember each one.

It also keeps the information I need for each carrier together, including login credentials, recovery information, and agency or producer numbers. For carriers that give our team a shared login, updating the credential in LastPass keeps everyone’s access information current. The main benefits are better password habits, less manual tracking, and easier access to the accounts and details we need throughout the day.

Working in insurance, risk management is always on my mind. Moving away from a physical password notebook and reused passwords to centrally managed, unique credentials helps me feel more confident about how we handle account access. It’s one more step toward reducing avoidable risk in our agency, and that peace of mind matters to me. I like the ability to share passwords through LastPass. The initial setup was also very easy for me.

I decided to move away from LastPass because it doesn't play well with Safari and Apple products.

I use LastPass to store and share passwords securely, preventing the risk of insecure storage or redundant passwords.

It is easy to use and safe. I like the fact that it stores generated passwords. Sometimes they get lost and one can retrieve them from there.

What do you dislike about the product?

It doesn't integrate smoothly with my Android phones. It turns itself off, doesn't activate on a password tab, requires attention.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For years now I have been adding my passwords and it has (almost) never failed me. I can access critical login information whenever I need them, without resorting to notebooks, old diaries etc.

What do you like best about the product?

It captures new login credentials and asks if I want them in the vault. Fills in the information on most login web pages. Able to store other information other than passwords. Can separate the info into different folders. Can search info by search phrases.

What do you dislike about the product?

Occasionally it does not fill in login credentials. Not sure when & why that happens. It is inconsistent on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra). It times out quickly such that I have to log in again.

It provides a safe place to keep my sensitive information. Saves time when logging in.
