Effortless Password Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass for remembering passwords. It allows me to log in easily and provides easy use. Besides helping me remember passwords for different applications, it's also convenient because it automatically fills in login details and keeps everything organized in one secure place. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill does not always work perfectly on every website or application. I would like autofill to be more consistent across all websites and desktop applications. Sometimes it does not recognize login fields correctly, so I have to copy and paste credentials manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass for remembering passwords and logging in easily. It's convenient because it automatically fills in login details and keeps everything organized in one secure place.

it ran and allowed me to get to my passwords with master password

if it has MFA we did not use so unsure if downside of them not having or us not implementing; there was also large scale attack where lastpass (no specifically us) was hacked

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use LastPass on my phone, iPad, and computer. It makes having to remember passwords much easier and helps make my passwords more secure. The initial setup was relatively easy.

I use LastPass for storing passwords and health insurance cards. It solves the problem of remembering passwords and makes them more secure.
Easy-to-Use Password Syncing Across Devices at an Excellent Price
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is an easy-to-use subscription service that works across a number of different platforms. It does a great job syncing all of my passwords between devices, and the price is excellent for what you get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little icon can be annoying on certain websites. Especially when I’m filling in fields on a site, it can pop up and suggest credentials or other items that don’t apply, which feels unnecessary and gets in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to securely store and protect my passwords and centrally manage them.

The fact that it captures new passwords as you engage with websites. Also, that it checks for duplicate and weak passwords.

If you are not logged into LastPass it doesn't capture passwords automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the IT Director of a large church. As such I have to keep track of dozens of passwords to pay recurring bills each month and administer software. Without a password keeper I'd have to use a spreadsheet which, if found, would open up a lot of problems.
Secure, User-Friendly, with Room for Autofill Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass is fairly simple to use and that I can use it both on the mobile app and on the desktop. The ability to share passwords with other people is really nice and adds flexibility. The mobile app is particularly useful because I can store or access passwords when I'm away from my desk. I also appreciate being able to sign in using biometrics and copy and paste passwords without having to see them. The option to share passwords with my partner through our LastPass accounts is beneficial for managing similar accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that it doesn't automatically autofill. Most of the time it does, but occasionally it doesn't. Occasionally, I have a login issue, but very, very occasionally, I think that hasn't happened for a while now. But, yes, mainly that it stops auto-filling things, but that's not that frequent either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass lets me have secure and different passwords for all accounts without having to remember them, enhancing security.

UI could be improved as it looks old-school. Could introduce more features for business users.

It is one of the best software options for password management. When it comes to creating a new password, it suggests a strong, suitable password and also provides the option to save it right away.

Other platforms offer some advanced features that LastPass lacks.
The master password can be a risky point: if someone manages to learn it, they could gain access to all of my accounts. There should be some way to address or reduce that risk.
It also feels more expensive than other platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful for password management, and with the help of Lastpass I don’t need to remember all my passwords. It keeps all my accounts and login details in one place, which makes things much easier. The most helpful feature of Lastpass for me is that it automatically captures my login details, and this saves a good amount of time.
