Clear Visitor Insights Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the basics of who is visiting my site and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is hard to integrate with certain landing page softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of knowing whether or not I am getting site traffic
Excellent Reporting with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Books Sync
What do you like best about the product?
EXCELLENT tool for all reporting purposes. We use Zoho Analytics to sync up our data with Zoho Books, and then to create our entire reporting system out of it.
It has helped me streamline vendor reporting, MIS reporting, taxation and compliances, management information, budgeting reporting etc.
The Zoho Analytics professional services team is also excellent and do a great job of creating custom reports.
The user interface can be slightly worked upon, and is not the best.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The user interface is not top-notch.
- It uses SQL for coding the backend data. It would be great if it can add AI features though which the user can directly vibe code instead of getting into the technicalities of SQL

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho Analytics is solving all my reporting needs at speed and at a minimal cost.
My bookkeeping tool (Zoho Books) cannot give me MIS dashboards, vendor summary, GST/TDS compliance reports, etc, which is all getting solved by Zoho Analytics.
Excellent tool for any kind of reporting purposes. It also integrates with google sheets/ tally / many other databases.

some reports are not 100% accurate with data due to errors in input by users

Handy Built-In Reports and Zoho Data Integration, but Limited Options

There are inbuilt basic reports that organisations can use directly. We can use data from other Zoho apps to turn into reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope and options are limited. The UI/UX is boxy and basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our unique report requirements are being solved by Zoho Analytics right now. Earlier we were doing this manually, but after support from our Zoho partner for customised development, we have a direct report for it.

What do you like best about the product?
It stands out for its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, the powerful AI assistant (Zia), and seamless integration with the Zoho ecosystem and third-party apps. It’s often used for making self-service BI accessible to non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve experienced slow performance when working with large datasets, and the customization options feel limited compared to competitors. Data integration has also been challenging, the interface comes across as clunky, and customer support has been slow to respond.

It provides better insights and more accurate reporting across all business units, with added depth and clarity for higher management.

The only thing to like is probably the ease of integrations and the price

Everything. The UI, the unnecessarily complicated experience. The limitations of customizing the dashboard experience

Ease of use for zoho analytics is really good. Also documentation and support is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Whatever part I've explored, there's a good amount of documentation hence I've not stuck anywhere so far. I'm yet to explore limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of Use is really good. I'm creating dashboards for investor to identify specific points to improve business efficiency. This usecase is fulfilled really nicely by zia.

easy dashboard creation, drag and drop reporting, good data connectors, handles large datasets well, strong visualization options, flexible sharing and permissions

steep learning curve for advanced use, complex formulas and SQL, occasional performance lag, limited chart customization, UI feels dated in some areas

centralized reporting across data sources, faster insights from dashboards, reduced manual reporting work, better data visibility, self-service analytics for teams, improved decision making
