What do you like best about the product?
It helped to have a clear guide to the requirements.
Automations have advanced the process, making it more direct at some points.
Another highlight was the Scytale team, especially Ronan's attention to detail.

Small bugs in the tool, some were resolved during the certification process

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale's online app was easy to use and simple to navigate. The list of action items helped us stay on track of our various tasks. The Scytale member who worked with us, Ronan, was patient and considerate throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall process was rather slow because of the many moving parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needed security certification because we'd grown to a certain size, and it made sense to get certified for the good of our users.
Security compliance transformed into an easy project with Scytale
What do you like best about the product?
Their team is the best asset as you don’t have to navigate through the platform and confusing compliance concepts alone. You feel like you have your very own inhouse compliance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few platform advancements are needed but we have no doubt that this will be implemented soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale is removing the overwhelming, confusing and tedious sides to security compliance through their automation platform and expert people.
Great platform for ISO 27001 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
We had super easy transition from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022. Thanks to Scytale and our compliance advisor is always there for any queries and went the extra mile to be available for all compliance requirements and other info. This platform made it very easy for us to understand which evidence is required for which control and for most of the evidences, it provides us a detailed description of what is needed except for few which were clarified by our advisor. All thanks to team that made this journey super cool and easy peasy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the dashboard allows clickable link to pending/in progress/ready for review controls. Its not a thing to dislike but just a good to have feature.

What do you like best about the product?
All their features make their platform comprehensive - everything you need to get compliant is inside their platform, including vendor risk management, security awareness training, policy templates, automated user access reviews and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few bugs here and there but nothing serious at all.

They solve the problem of compliance feeling messy and daunting - they make it a simple, fully streamlined, organized process.
Effortless Compliance with Scytale
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having a compliance expert there every step of the way was beyond amazing. Having someone to answer all your questions and address concerns made the process of getting ISO-certified much easier than we expected!
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from small hiccups on the platform, there’s really not much to dislike. However, considering all the functions and integrations the platform has, the benefits largely outweigh its faults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We knew that we wanted and needed to get ISO certified, but it felt like a massive undertaking to go at it alone. With Scytale we not only got certified, but we know that we can stay certified going forward.

The Compliance success team, along with our dedicated advisor Kyle, consistently went above and beyond to ensure they were readily available for all compliance requirements and inquiries. We deeply appreciated their unwavering support and commitment, as we knew we could always rely on them for any assistance we needed.

Easy compliance
What do you like best about the product?
They are super helpful, all the time! We are tackling our first SOC2 audit, and reached out to Scytale, and they have been there throughout the whole process, not only providing tools to achieve the certification, but also keen to transfer the knowledge to be self sufficient over the long term. They are very accomodating in coming up with solutions that suit their clients.
