What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a few conpact features and ease of integration with Microsoft 365 products
What do you dislike about the product?
The resource utilization is a bit high with the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides single console administration, scheduled reports, license management,compliance alerts and instant notification in a single console which is a huge benefit for IT department in saving management overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
For a bigger organization the user management is very tough , but this tool provides ease of management & the customer support is amazing , responds very efficiently.For AD management this will be best tool
What do you dislike about the product?
the biggest problem with the M365 manager plus is it's costing which bothers a lot for any organization.And the administrator who handles this shuld be good enough to handle if some issue happens , since some issues are very difficult to troubleshoot.

Its coverage, ease of use and standard built in reports, good support

License renewal process is cumbersone and some of Azure AD integrations take some time to sync if objects > 10000

What do you like best about the product?
The options to manage our o365 environment are more than expected. Email monitoring, Mailbox provisioning, phishing reports are too good to present to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime sometimes extends to a day. Though the downtime is very rare and minimum but still this is the area they can improve on to get 10 rating from customers like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we were dependent on separate commands and scripts for each reporting requirements. With Manage engine we need not worry about anything. We just login to the application with our tenant email address and it takes care of all reporting we choose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Companies looking for rlextensive reports on their O365 environment and usage, this is for you.
