What do you like best about the product?

It is so easy to use that you don't have to do much to complete, the integrations with other CRM are great and the pricing is valuable, you get the right support.

What do you dislike about the product?

At the moment I don't have anything that I don't like, maybe it could be something like more accuracy with AI, or another option regarding pricing but everything was good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I like is that it helps a lot to integrate and automate some tasks that you had no idea how to do before, and build custom applications and automate complex operational workflows quickly.

Automate repetitive processes and approvals, Connect data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs), Add AI, document processing, and robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities

What do you dislike about the product?

Appian is marketed as low-code, which is true for many workflows and forms. However, once requirements become highly customized, developers often need to work around platform limitations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appian helps us automate and orchestrate business processes that were previously manual, fragmented, or dependent on emails and spreadsheets. It creates a single workflow where requests, approvals, documents, and data move through a defined process. This reduces cycle times, improves visibility, increases compliance, and allows teams to focus on higher-value work instead of administrative tasks

What do you like best about the product?

Appian stands out most for its Data Fabric capabilities and low-code speed. I really value these features because they eliminate integration overhead and accelerate delivery time. The setup was generally straightforward, which made transitioning to Appian easier, and I find the speed of delivery and ease of integration particularly appealing. I continue to appreciate these aspects, especially having switched from Pega, given how they improve our process efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?

A few areas come up: high cost, UI customization constraints and performance with massive datasets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appian reduces operational friction from fragmented systems, manual processes, and slow software development cycles. Its Data Fabric capabilities and low-code speed eliminate integration overhead and accelerate delivery time.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the clarity and practicality. The visual workflow builder simplifies and streamlines process design, with everything automatically connected. This saves time and keeps work organized, without unnecessary complexity. Its interface is multifunctional, with items that are easy to adapt to daily realities.

What do you dislike about the product?

A language selection tab would be helpful for non-English speakers, making the platform more familiar. Also, some of the more advanced features take some time to learn.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the work, I sought to reorganize the spreadsheet and make some updates that were not in accordance with a single system. What used to take me many hours a week to process the information, I now see that it takes me only a few hours to complete the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

I have never used the software but I have read up on it and I believe its is a great software to build Apps and it is easier than the others I have had experience with

What do you dislike about the product?

Since I haven’t personally used the software, it would feel untruthful and unfair for me to say I dislike it. I’d like to learn more about it, and I’ve started following the page on LinkedIn to get a better sense of what it offers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven’t had enough exposure to Appian Software to offer a thorough review of its performance or functionality, so I don’t want to make assumptions based on limited experience.

That said, I’m interested in learning more about the software and gaining hands-on experience with its features and capabilities. With additional exposure and training, I’d be in a much better position to share more meaningful, well-informed feedback on its effectiveness and usability.

What do you like best about the product?

The ability to query, aggregate, and display data from multiple external systems, like Salesforce and SAP, without needing to migrate the data. It also supports end-to-end process orchestration.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s a learning curve for certain features. While the low-code approach makes basic apps quick to build, mastering complex data relationships within the data fabric, writing advanced query functions, or debugging issues still requires specialized training.

Appian solves three major problems:

What do you like best about the product?

I like Appian for the speed of building automated workflows. It's easy to track task approvals in one centralized view, which is really convenient for our team. I value the Process Modeler because it helps with quick workflow design, and Appian Records centralize real-time task and approval tracking effectively. The initial setup was pretty smooth on the cloud, which made getting started straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the layout option can feel a little rigid, and it definitely takes some time for non-tech folks to get the hang of it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Appian to automate business workflows, reducing paper dependencies and solving bottlenecks, while speeding up task routing and approvals.

What do you like best about the product?

This platform enables quick app development even without deep app-development expertise, which is ideal for me as a low-code developer. The enhanced features, including AI and agentic capabilities, are available in one place, making it easier for new developers to get started and build apps with confidence.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some times recent new work takes forever to come to the platform and the platform is kind of rigid and the cost of licensing is a big deal breaker and clients hate to keep paying even when not building new apps

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am working with a health insurance client helping solve the visibility of case management in top of claims and disputes and inquiry associated to the claims

What do you like best about the product?

What I found most helpful was how strong the UI/UX is at clearly separating the important information I need, such as Claims and Completed Tasks, and how quickly it lets me create campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?

I did not like logging into the application constantly. There were also often times where the application would crash and some visual bugs but these were minimal

It served well for financial services that I was using at the time more specifically insurance services. It helped with taxes and other claims that I needed to quickly process

I find Appian easy to use and appreciate that it provides the best resource management. The initial setup process was pretty easy too, which helped a lot in getting started quickly.
