What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set kpis to various departments by identifying root cause problems to function efficiently and thereafter improving performance everytime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please use it. It is good.

What do you like best about the product?
- The flexible pricing model at the beginning of the journey
- The QPR people - everyone I have worked or otherwise collaborated with, are easy to approach and highly motivated professionals expertized on their areas
- The continuous development, the tool is improving very fast and gets better and better
- ETL capability - can be utilized also for other platforms like Power BI
- Scripting is mostly easy to understand
- And finally, of course the results we can achieve with the tool
- The QPR people - everyone I have worked or otherwise collaborated with, are easy to approach and highly motivated professionals expertized on their areas

What do you dislike about the product?
- With the amount of data we have, the tool is sometimes quite slow, especially if our "big model" has been dropped for some reason (happens time to time).
- Sometimes we encounter situations, where the scripts have stopped running, and sometimes it is due to our environment, but also due to "license is expired (is not)", or there are capacity issues on the server. Or sometimes there have been version upgrade and we have not been informed about it.
- We finally got a working column adjustion for the table charts, which was long desired feature. What I would still hope for, is a possibility to wrap the column headers to several rows if the header is longer than the column. Like in Power BI.
- It is quite hard to adjust (new) charts in the preview, since the view is changing quite a lot after saving the preview. The carts don't always fit perfectly with each others, which drives people like me crazy. ;-)
- While it is very handy, that it is possible to do almost everything with expression language, the challenge is the difficulty of the language (would be beneficial to get a lot more examples and guidance in QPR Wiki, maybe also with explanations why this and this expression is doing that).

- Easy to see process compliance, and the root causes for the actions which have not been compliant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the product is good and flexible, as you can create your own charts or use the ready made presets or you can mix both. Once you have learned the basics, it is very fast to create new views and charts on the go. The pricing model is competitive, as it is not based on the number of processes. And you have everything in the same tool - ETL to extract and model the data, and portal to view the processes and details.

No Dislikes really, Guided with Expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process analyzer software helps stakeholders to visualize progress by depicting Key Performance indicator through dashboard. Deviation in process are monitored and reported as Violations in Conformance checking, where business stakeholders can foresee bottleneck in pipeline.
Very easy to use and feature rich
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the models. Adjustment's can be made extremely quickly and deployed in real time. The speed with which you can build business cases. We can produce a business case report that is extremely detailed and has quantitive information, extremely quickly. The ease of creating professional and advanced dashboards. Producing a dashboard with intiuitive visuals is very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The script builder has no IntelliSense so debugging scripts is quite slow. Access to the data for hosted solutions is limited. So if there are data extraction anomolises, it is hard to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital Transformation & Process Automation. We are now able to provide an instant progress report that is highly detailed. We can also assess processes extremely quickly again provided highly detailed information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider QPRProcessAnalyzer not only as a turn-key solution but also as a framework. That can be used as-is or built upon to solve unique problems.
Powerful and easy to use tool for process insights
What do you like best about the product?
It is a straight forward and powerful tool with plenty of ready-made analysis to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no big problems with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification, verification and analysis of potential process improvement opportunities within our customers business processes.
QPR tool has assisted us in analyzing our internal processes and finding areas of improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard tools are extensive, which allows users to create some very complex charts. However, many preset charts are available to choose from and incorporate into your dashboards with minimal effort or technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the source system, developing the QPR model can be complicated if you don't have in-depth knowledge of the table structure of the source system. This point is not a QPR issue but one to be aware of if deciding to use the tool. Also, the scripts to load the model in QPR can be very complicated depending on the requirements of the model. The language used in the scripts (sql server) is not the same as the language used within QPR when creating expressions which is propriety. There is a learning curve when supporting the tool internally without QPR assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our Purchase to Pay process, we were able to identify and implement potential for improvement across four different platforms. Also, we were able to visualize Core Model conformance and support the regular reporting activities with daily updated data in QPR.

Best process mining too, well supported and fantastic customer service from QPR
What do you like best about the product?
QPR has a legacy of creating the Process Mining industry. The tool-set is easy to deploy and even easier to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
QPR is based in Europe and focuses on a host of software products. Their focus on the Process Analyzer is huge though, so I dont see any gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for RPA, Process Simplification and Digitization. QPR is also a great toolset for running business operations and operational application support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outstanding product for process simplification and digitalization. Very effective for understanding current processes and identifying process gaps. Definitely recommend before any RPA, M&A or Lean Six Sigma initiatives
