A GIS software easy for beginers and advance users
What do you like best about the product?
You can make maps and any kind of cartography with same tools and composity without a big computer or procesing power
What do you dislike about the product?
you can make a basic cartography! But you need the complete software and processing power to do a complete analyst or modeling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you don´t have a powerful computer, this software can make something that you resolve easily and quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface, broad mapping capabilities, analytical tools, collaborative features, and smooth integration with other Esri products of ArcGIS Online are highly appreciated. Because of its accessibility, users of all skill levels, including those new to geographic information systems (GIS), find it useful. The platform supports data visualization, analysis, and sharing, facilitating informed decision-making and creativity with its extensive mapping options, analytical tools, and collaborative capabilities. Because of its compatibility with other Esri products, which increases its capability and improves workflow efficiency, professionals and companies who work with spatial data choose it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure of ArcGIS Online, its dependence on internet connectivity, its lack of flexibility as compared to desktop GIS software, data privacy and security concerns, the learning curve for novice users, and sporadic performance issues are some prominent objections. In spite of these reservations, ArcGIS Online provides a comprehensive suite of tools for managing and analyzing geographic data, along with a wealth of training materials and documentation to help users get the most out of the program. When deciding if ArcGIS Online is the best option for their GIS needs, users should carefully analyze their unique requirements and demands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ArcGIS Online, I can create catchment maps for shopping centers, office centers and other commercial real estate properties and use them within our marketing materials and client reports. ArcGIS easily enables myself to create maps in an interactive way, which I can easily export along with the data that comes with it.
ArcGIS is amazing platform if you want the map details with latitude and longitude

ArcGIS allows to make apps based on their map.

ArcGIS is confusing when same region in map is used for multiple purpose plotting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ArcGIS has been very helpful for marking location and specially for civil field as it helps in laying out the plan or also making one with it's accurate maps.

The cost of subscription plans might be a consideration for smaller businesses. Introducing more flexible pricing options or a tiered structure could make the platform more accommodating to different budget constraints.
The credit system that the platform manages seems good to me, perhaps a greater number of them could also be offered, allowing you to carry out more complex practices.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally, data analysis requires the use of different specialized tools. ArcGis Online has the necessary functions to perform data analysis that includes locations or can be displayed on a map.
I have been able to use the tool for education and consulting, in the first I give professionals who are about to graduate from a university degree more tools to perform effective data analysis.
In the consulting part I have been able to teach companies and civil society organizations to get the most out of their data.

What do you like best about the product?
with the help of arcGis online importing data is easy. it visualise data through the creation of maps and apps. analyze the data. Publish map to the cloud to free up storage space. good for Support fieldwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
this can easily share data , maps and apps with the team. Data can be accessed in a web browser. expensive too. the main thing is dependent on technical support. hard to get license.

basically it supports field activity. anyone can create and manage maps, that can be used for variety of purposes. No need to access a file share for your data. you can simply publish to arcgis online.
Best GIS software tool in modern era
What do you like best about the product?
ArcGIS helped me in configuring the maps in a easy manner and can able to add multiple layers with out any programming knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is higher and it is not affordable by small sized companies . Need to built all functionalities that are present in Arc GIS server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ArcGis online helped me in sharing the data to all my team members with in no time and can able to edit the data online public . It is really saved us lot of time as everthing is available online it is easy for any one of member in the organization to edit the data . It is also compatible with python which helped our developer to easily integrate and interpret the data and modify changes in map programmatically as and when required.
Great Way to Create Mapping Products
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to host data online allows you to get access to your colleagues files without requesting as a zip file or any other form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't have any issues with ArcGIS Online

ArcGIS Online not only allows myself and my coworkers to create vibrant, informative mapping products, it also allows us to host our maps online for easy sharing and publishing.

Easy to use online mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to get setup and use. We use it every day. I use ArcPro desktop and publish to ArcGIS Online.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently changed the workflow for accessing group contents, and it is not as linear as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to share mapped data, related to spreadsheets, online with team members across the country. We also use Field Maps to get data from field agents.
