    What do you like best about the product?
    Contentsquare gives us deep insight into how visitors interact with our website through session replays, heatmaps, and journey analysis. The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to spot usability issues, refine user journeys, and make data-driven decisions. Overall, it helps us improve the customer experience and strengthen our website’s performance.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Overall, our experience has been very good. More built-in guidance for advanced reports would make it even better.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Contentsquare helps us understand how visitors navigate our health checkup booking website, where they run into difficulties, and where they abandon the booking process. These insights allow us to improve the overall user experience, optimize conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions that lead to more completed bookings and higher customer satisfaction.

    I like the fact that you can track customer experience on your website with contentsqaure. It also helps you track where exactly users encountered an error to reduce traffic drop off.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate the easiness of learning what I need, and it's very clear to use as a platform. I love using SENSE analyst because it really gets rid of the legwork.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Error analysis is a big one for us. It picks up errors sometimes that we don’t necessarily deem as errors. Also, loading the session replays could be more strategic and easier to filter.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Contentsquare for understanding customer journeys and behavior through session replays. SENSE analyst makes it easy and eliminates manual work.
