Nothing much. Just a little bit of price when you are starting off.

Muvi has a lot of potential.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what's great about the platform when it's working correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Muvi was the only platform that solved the problem we faceed while starting the buisness over four years ago. Since then we have been plauged by numerious issues that are not resovled for long periods of time. Muvi's inability to correct or respond to issues in a timely manner causes loss of revenue from subscriners due to repeated issues that aren't corrected.

Not always optimal display performance..

As a TV channel, it gives us the opportunity to be on several platforms.

In addition to various favorable features and display for users to create a video and audio platform, we really appreciate MUVI's helpful support!
The support team members always try to understand what features we need including customization with CSS and fix immediately if there is any technical issues and bugs.
They give us a clear instruction and explanation in details with some snapshots, article links, videos, and call meeting, so that we could understand easily.
We are very glad that now we are making our platform better and better, thanks to MUVI's awesome service and support!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about MUVI so far.
Probably, there is just a little difficulty sometimes, since MUVI uses English to communicate, and it is our second language.
However, they always try to understand us over the language issue, so it is not a big problem.

We are trying to make our audio platform as good as possible, and MUVI helps us really well, including complicated customization.

Muvi team by far are the best, there system, encryption and variety of options they provide are absolutely amazing. From my experience anyone is looking for a company that provides the highest tech along with the best price and best team must try Muvi

Nothing every thing is completely fine , actuall Whenever there is something wrong and you tell the support team about it, it will be fixed with no time

The main issue for me was the encryption, I wanted my video to be protected and secured from piracy, Muvi provided me with the best encryption that cone with a perfect price

An excellent CMS backed up a very responsive customer service team.
Full scale support, including social intergration, Content delivery systems, elaborate metrics, and monetization support.
Caters to both Web and mobile platforms.
Generous bandwidth is also a pull factor, that is helpful to present full stack of media content.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some systems need to be evolved, including introducing blockchain and VR-related resources. Also, integration of tracking CPI and CPC into mobile SDKs like Kochava, as it helps to diversify and attract mobile traffic on platforms. Additionally, better honing of filtration of media content on pre-existing templates will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete management of OTT backend on Web and Mobile including content management and exhibition, Metrics, Revenue management, Marketing etc. Helpful to automate several operations simultaneously without having to attend to and delegate individual components under 3rd party management.

The interface is user-friendly. The support team responds immediately. My concerns are always addressed

Every company has its pros and cons; any cons get outweighed by their responsiveness, and it's a matter of learning the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have everything I am looking for in one application: OTT, Live Streaming, AVOD, and SVOD. I don't have to incorporate multiple third parties.
Had a nearly impossible project to do
What do you like best about the product?
Muvi team is helpful, thoughtful and to the point. Sandeep, the project manager, ensures his commitment to all the challenges in this project. This project would have been a big mess if it was not for Sandeep. The technical team from MUVI is also great. They know their stuff and do the execution very nicely
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they were colocated in our country :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Muvi solves complex problems by creating a complete customer life cycle journey with vast customization. It would not have been possible to develop these journeys without a robust MUVI platform.
