Streamlined Video Management with Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Muvi One serves as an all-in-one platform to host, manage, and distribute our video content. What I like most is how everything just works together in one place, so we're not jumping between tools anymore. The integration of AI-powered tasks like subtitles, clips, and metadata makes our workflow faster, simpler, and much easier to scale without adding more effort. This automation removes a lot of manual work, allowing us to go from upload to publish much faster and enabling easy scaling of output without adding complexity. The initial setup was fairly smooth with self-sufficient onboarding guides, and the support team was quick and really helpful whenever we needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, so far the experience is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Muvi One, with Alie AI, automates manual video workflows like subtitles, clips, and metadata, helping us publish faster, scale content easily, and focus on strategy instead of repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Muvi to build and manage our streaming platform for archival video works. Their team has been highly attentive and responsive throughout the customization and launch process, and we appreciated their willingness to work closely with us to address specific requests.
The platform has enabled us to create a structured viewing experience for our audience, which has been especially valuable as a small nonprofit. That said, we did encounter some limitations in the design and UX flexibility, and achieving the level of polish we were hoping for required additional iteration.

Muvi One has allowed us to centralize and manage our streaming platform without needing in-house engineering resources. As a small nonprofit working with archival video content, we needed a solution that could handle hosting, access control, and content organization in one place.

The representatives and executives at Muvi One are super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is good. I wish the price was lower.

We created an online edition of KASHISH Pride Film Festival on Muvi One and it was quite successful.

What do you like best about the product?
The MUVI team has been very helpful in migration of our user data from our previous platform. They arre always on hand and responsive to queries, and ready to offer solutions to our concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing integrations and automations to keep subscribers and reduce churn could be added.

We need a secure video hosting platform and Muvi serves our need for DRM-encoded videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Muvi is the best & a highly recommended OTT solution amongst all competitors in the market we have tried so far. It offers a lot of features in one place and has a very professional, robust & co-operative team. Easy to work with & has been the most a solution to all our OTT needs for website, mobile apps and TV apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet, they have been fantastic partners since we migrated 18mo ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly expanding their mobile and smart TV app offerings, which helps us provide increasingly amazing services to our subscribers.
