Streamlines Workflows, Needs UI Improvement

  • March 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use RunMyJobs to automate and manage scheduled workflows and background jobs across different systems. It helps streamline repetitive tasks like data processing, report generation, and system integrations. By centralizing job scheduling and monitoring, it makes operations more reliable and easier to manage. This platform eliminates manual job scheduling and reduces the risk of errors in repetitive tasks. What I like most about RunMyJobs is its ability to automate complex workflows in a reliable and organized way. The centralized job scheduling and monitoring make it easy to track tasks across different systems. I also appreciate how it reduces manual work and keeps processes running smoothly. It integrates well with tools like databases, cloud services, and reporting systems, helping connect different processes by automating data workflows and scheduled tasks. RunMyJobs provides better visibility, control, and flexibility for handling complex scheduling tasks, and it significantly reduces manual efforts in our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where RunMyJobs could improve is the user interface, which can feel a bit complex for new users. Some features take time to fully understand during the initial setup. More simplified navigation and clearer documentation would make the learning curve easier. In RunMyJobs, some of the workflow configuration and scheduling options are spread across multiple menus, which can be a bit confusing at first. A more streamlined navigation structure or guided setup for common tasks would help new users get started faster. Also, more step-by-step examples in the documentation would make it easier to understand advanced features and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RunMyJobs to automate and manage workflows, saving time and reducing manual intervention. It centralizes job scheduling, improves reliability, and eases complex workflow management by eliminating manual errors.

RMJ- One of the best Job scheduling Tool

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using RunMyjob Tool for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed with how much smooth and efficient it makes managing tasks. The interface is clean, user- friendly and easy to navigate, even for the one who are new to this tool.

The best part is quick response of the team on support ticket raised.

This tool had improved my productivity and I would love to recommend this to anyone who is looking for a smart and hassle free way to manage their workflow, jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it's hard to schedule a meeting with the consultant assigned on the support ticket. Likewise the ticket creation there should also b a helpline number to support if something urgent comes up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have migrated from CPS to RunMyJob and after migration there is no need to manage the servers. Perks of moving to cloud is a positive point. Also the concept of spool servers helps for the high availability of jobs.

Clean Dashboards and Reliable Dependencies That Remove Daily Stress

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest win for me is how it quietly replaced a lot of invisible stress. Earlier, I used to wake up and check if overnight jobs failed. Now I mostly wake up to clean dashboards. I like that dependencies feel logical instead of fragile once you design them properly, they rarely surprise you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced configurations feel like they were built by engineers for engineers. When onboarding a new team member, I notice they understand the “what” but not the “why” behind certain setup choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removed the daily uncertainty around batch processing. Instead of reacting to failures, we now plan improvements. Personally, it changed my role from “job babysitter” to someone who actually optimizes workflows.

Shifted Us from “Servers” to Process Flow with Powerful Dependency Visualization

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I stopped thinking in terms of “servers” and started thinking in terms of “process flow.” Earlier I spent more time checking whether agents were alive than actually improving automation.

The dependency visualization helped me explain complex job chains to non-technical managers that unexpectedly reduced a lot of blame during failures.

The restart options are granular enough that I don’t need to rerun an entire nightly batch when only one branch failed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging sometimes feels like reading a story backwards logs are detailed but not always arranged in the order I mentally expect.

Small UI delays when switching between job history and definitions can interrupt troubleshooting rhythm.

Permission layers are powerful but occasionally too strict, which slows urgent fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removed manual coordination between teams for overnight processes I no longer stay awake to check dependencies.

Reduced accidental duplicate runs that previously caused data inconsistencies.

Helped standardize automation so onboarding new team members takes days instead of weeks.

RMJ Transformed Our Month-End Close with Clear Accountability

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What surprised me most is how RMJ changed the psychology of our month-end close. Before, we had this silent anxiety between finance and IT — nobody wanted to admit a job might fail overnight. With RMJ, I don’t just see job statuses; I see accountability built into the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel almost too neutral. It’s powerful, but it doesn’t emotionally guide you. New users sometimes underestimate the impact of a scheduling decision because the UI doesn’t visually dramatize dependencies. You need experience to fully grasp the ripple effects of changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminated the “spreadsheet shadow system” we used to track manual follow-ups. We had people maintaining private checklists to double-check automation. RMJ consolidated that hidden effort into visible workflows. That alone reduced friction between finance and IT and shortened our close cycle by removing unofficial backup processes.
