What do you like best about the product?

Instant communication with my maintenance team. I get to populate their to do list!

What do you dislike about the product?

Could have a more basic layout for non-tech-savvy employees to use. Some of our employees who need to use it for maintenance in their work areas are intimidated by it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Work orders are a breeze to submit and they don’t disappear until they are actually accomplished!

What do you like best about the product?

Easy of use of the user interface plus the logical organization of the asset tree and interaction and linkback of all of the functions

What do you dislike about the product?

No energy tracking in the app but it can be simulated with indicators

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The lack of management of the busines unit when it came to the maintenance function

What do you like best about the product?

I love the peace of mind TRACTIAN gives me. I rely upon the historic data to make intelligent process-related decisions in my plant. I use the analytics tab and AI insights to give my team a more detailed approach to save time on troubleshooting. The initial setup was so easy—click, glue, go! I would rate it a 10 because we love it and would use more if it was in our budget.

What do you dislike about the product?

The front page or overview section is confusing. Having assets fall in and out of danger, warning, observe, and seeing their dates change for how long they have been in that state can be difficult to understand. For example, an asset moving from 40 days under observe to 160 days can give the impression that issues are not being addressed. A workflow that helps understand which assets are most at risk and which have been compromised the longest would be more useful. A tweak to resemble the original tile look or adding a priority tab would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

TRACTIAN acts as an asset health indicator, providing early warnings and allowing us to rely on historic data for intelligent decisions. The analytics tab and AI insights give my team a detailed, time-saving approach to troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the user friendliness and bang-for-your-buck that TRACTIAN offers. There are just so many things TRACTIAN does and shows you. They are incredibly active and work on constantly improving the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the launch process could be improved. I thought it would be much more 'out of the box', but it seems like it's almost custom built for each customer which seems very inefficient. So much of the data is incorrect for the first 3-6 weeks that it just seems very clunky as a user. It was quite bumpy in the beginning. The team did a great job of working with me to get what we need, but it was not very usable in the beginning. I think there are many more features that need to be released that would make a huge improvement in the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

TRACTIAN organizes PMs, tracks work orders by equipment, identifies microstop causes, and tracks cycle time by SKU.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the people working at TRACTIAN. Our Project Manager is respectful and committed to helping us achieve our goals. The technician who handled the installation was professional, well-prepared, and adaptive to our plant's situation. Our sales rep has been focused on ensuring we receive true value. I also find the dashboards increasingly useful; they let us display the statistics we need in the format we want. The dashboard's ability to consolidate machine information in one spot with an easy tool to set time periods is very powerful, especially for tracking running time and total cycles. Creating a page for machine cycle counts reduced friction in our process significantly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Our implementation process was a little slow. The manufacturing processes we use have a complex cycle that took some experimentation to successfully capture and this process took a while. During this time I think our efforts lost a little bit of focus and a few more 'side-objectives' were pursued rather than trying to complete the main goals of the project first. The physical implementation on our production machines was more difficult, and required multiple visits by the TRACTIAN team to resolve all issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

TRACTIAN provides the OEE implementation solution we needed across various machines, with customizable digital platform features. The dashboards make it easy to view all relevant stats at a glance, especially running time and total cycles, reducing implementation friction significantly.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the easy-to-use interface of TRACTIAN, which makes it simple to see where the downtime and part count are, and it's very visual. I also like the team, especially Luke, who spent a lot of time onsite with multiple courtesy visits to ensure the sensors gather the correct data. The deployment was very easy and Luke followed up with any issues and concerns. The sensors work very well, providing us with the power monitoring and machine data we need.

What do you dislike about the product?

One improvement could be connecting to PLC to gather more data, but right now that is not needed as we are focused on small improvements first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

TRACTIAN solves visibility issues by providing data metrics like part count, downtime, and uptime, which were previously unavailable. I like the easy-to-use interface that visually shows downtime and part counts, along with the team's strong on-site support ensuring accurate data collection.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like TRACTIAN's real-time operational feedback from the plant, which helps me see production delays in real time. This allows me to allocate resources effectively to get equipment that is stopped moving again and determine why it stopped, so I can implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. The network independence is a nice feature as well. Plus, the installation team was fantastic, super professional, and got us up and running in a single go. It feels like we have priority in the team's schedule, and we've been making consistent progress toward our ultimate goals with the tools.

What do you dislike about the product?

We're still early in our implementation, so we're not using all the features yet. I'd like to be able to do more to capture SKU to SKU changeovers and to modify data sets if an operator enters data incorrectly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

TRACTIAN solves equipment utilization, operating condition, and process control issues. It provides real-time operational feedback, allowing me to address production delays, allocate resources effectively, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like TRACTIAN for the real-time alerts that it provides. These alerts are incredibly helpful because they inform us of bad bearings or belts that may need attention before the issues escalate into bigger problems. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which is always a plus.

TRACTIAN alerts us to any problems before they become bigger issues, especially with bad bearings or belts that need attention, by monitoring our machines in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate TRACTIAN for its real-time predictive capabilities that help in managing and maintaining equipment effectively. I find the clarity of asset health visibility quite beneficial, as it provides a centralized view of asset conditions and helps reduce unplanned equipment downtime. The product also supports the installation of IoT sensors for machines, which enhances monitoring and maintenance operations. I value how TRACTIAN integrates with ERP Systems for procurement and BI Tools, adding to its functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like the dashboard customization limits and the mobile app limitations. I'm also not too happy with the dashboard and reporting flexibility, and I think role-based dashboards could be improved for better usability for maintenance technicians and managers.

TRACTIAN solves unplanned equipment downtime and offers clarity of asset health visibility, giving me a centralized view of asset conditions and real-time predictive capabilities.

Sometimes it goes into reset mode when it isn’t supposed to like in the middle of being filled out
