Securely managing cloud admin tools has streamlined setup and still needs better clipboard support

    Reviewed on Jun 22, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I use the product for securely managing our cloud infrastructure and running internal admin tools via a visual interface.

How has it helped my organization?

It has saved us tons of time configuring Linux desktops from scratch.

    What is most valuable?

The product provides super easy RDP access and includes zero bloatware.

    What needs improvement?

There should be better copy and paste support out of the box, and it would be beneficial to add Chrome.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the product for a couple of weeks now.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previously, I used just the standard Ubuntu server. I got tired of installing the GUI manually.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The setup cost is of great value since it just rolls into our normal AWS bill.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I looked at AWS Workspaces but found it too pricey.

What other advice do I have?

It is a really solid image, and the documentation on how to connect was super helpful.

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

    Amazon Web Services (AWS)
