Amazing product for Ecommerce business
What do you like best about the product?
Personalization is the best part in this product . In the website where you want something to add value and highlight to customer you can do it from this product

I have nothing to dislike regarding Yieldify, my experience so far has been nothing but exemplary.

Yieldify is helping to grow and achieve a better conversion rate and helping to grow our average order value.
A great product that delivers results
What do you like best about the product?
Delivers results with well-considered and applied marketing strategies. Fantastic account management and support for our team.

Nothing to dislike, the feedback I get from the team is positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing conversion rates, average order values cart abandonment. Account management is effective, meaning little resource is needed from us. This allows us to concentrate resources on other tasks away from Yieldify.

What do you like best about the product?
Tom, Paul and Gabi have been great to work with. They are easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any queries. In our weekly meetings, they are focused on conversion and good at suggesting new ideas for future campaigns we'd like to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started working with Yieldify there isnt anything to dislike. From the very beginning, Yieldify has been helpful and has been a positive experience for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yieldify is very good at targeting different users for our campaigns. They have also helped us significantly find out which certain variables convert best by creating new ideas and testing them.
Yieldify are very proactive!

How quickly they get things done, they always come up with great ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve worked with the team at Yieldify for almost 2 years now and have found it to be an extremely useful platform. Yieldify offers the perfect set of tools to help me iterate and optimise the website, all while staying focused on data. My team at Yieldify - Emilie and Tom - have been excellent at managing the account all while constantly juggling our ever-changing priorities and have helped take our campaign roadmap from strength to strength. Tom and Emilie have been such a pleasure to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind! The team at Yieldify do take all feedback very seriously and puts it to use. I see that every time through the breadth of new product features and reporting functionalities being released every quarter!

Yieldify allows me to bridge the gap caused by long development times and gives me the ability to test new challenging hypotheses within a tight window to a targeted audience.

We have restrictions in the settings of the site that do not allow us to implement the necessary add-ons. Yieldify does a great job with this.

Impressive technology and service
What do you like best about the product?
As a Digital Team we're able to react quickly to business and trading requirements using Yieldify, and execute strategies in different ways with the support from a knowledgable team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service can be a little limited in the reporting KPI scope e.g. understanding the full impact of the feature you're testing on the user journey. Plus it would be great to see the ability to feature dynamic product recommendation feature based on user behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to add value throughout stages in the purchasing cycle, including upsell, cross sell, subscriptions etc

What do you like best about the product?
The continuous account management (particularly by Cameron) to ensure we're getting the most out of our campaigns, new ideas the team comes up with to reach our goals and analysis of where we could do better. The flexibility to where campaigns can be added across our site has really added to the optimisation of our customer journeys. The range of campaigns that are available to test and use also ensure the success of our goals. I have also been impressed by the level or targeting and segmentation for campaigns that can be achieved according to the data we have available in our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Through the integration with hubspot we can't see which users are clicking on which campaigns in their activity feed to look for common patterns and help us better understand our audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To deliver important communications to members that will help them on their purchase journey to become a member and drive engagement once a member. Yieldify also helps us fill gaps and optimize journeys where our current software has missing features.
