Temenos Infinity helps banks enhance their digital capabilities, improve customer experiences, and stay competitive in the rapidly evolving financial services industry -Improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and better resource allocation, Banks can quickly add new functionalities and connect with a broader ecosystem, enhancing their service offerings.

What do you like best about the product?

It was very user friendly and quickly to use without any struggle.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not that much however if it is involved more on AI would be better in future.

Able to use the application easily and has great custutomer support with numner ot reuseable features and APIs

The platform is hard to set up and the configurations are confusing to understand at times

Temenos Infinity is a comprehensive banking platform that can help banks to improve their efficiency, reduce costs, and launch new products and services quickly and easily. The platform is also scalable and secure, making it a good choice for banks of all sizes.

What do you dislike about the product?

It could be hard to implemet if you have developers from non temenos background. Additioannly it requires server cost which one has to bear while doing R&D at their infinity environment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its microservices architecture is the selling point as compared to avaloq. This architecture helps to isolate each service, which makes it more difficult for attackers to exploit vulnerabilities.

What do you like best about the product?

Temenos Infinity is highly customizable, allowing banks to tailor the platform to their unique needs and requirements. It has an open architecture that allows for easy integration with third-party solutions, enabling banks to leverage existing investments in technology.

There are some difficulties with integrating the platform with legacy systems or older technology and the quality of support provided by Temenos could be improved, especially in terms of responsiveness and issue resolution times.

Temenos is fairly straightforward, and doesn't generally let you make mistakes in the account opening process.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the software moves really slowly between steps, seems to get worse the more people in my organization uses it. There are times where I could be done in half the time without waiting for Temenos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Temenos enables me to relatively quickly and simply open additional products and accounts for our members. It also has the power to handle extremely advanced requests that have helped us be able to serve a broader range of needs for members.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look to Temenos if you need something that can handle anything you need for account opening. While not the quickest software, it makes up for it in power, flexibility, and ease of use.

Trade Finance module, it embede both internal system and external platform e.g alliance messenger

Customization takes a lot ground work and trial run.

Day to day banking services including all modules credit, trade Finance and retail.

It meets all aspects of Banking services

What do you like best about the product?

Authentic UI and security system. UI is intuitive and authentication system is robust.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing. There was nothing which i dislike about the product. The benefits conquer over everything.

To securely transfer data.
